    This company is exactly what everyone else is saying, I complete farce. They also told me $5, then charged me $140 for no service rendered. They have refused to refund my money as well

    Supposedly they were going to charge me 5 dollars a month, and they charge me $155 dollars a month. l dont Recommend this to anyone.

    Scammers. Charged me a surprise $145 After being told it was $10 per month. They did credit the $145 after repeated phone calls and threat of legal action. I should have read the reviews first

    I can't say this company is a scam, but I can definitely say I was scammed by someone saying they were from this company. That's me being nice. After reading so many other complaints, I realized that this is a common scam going on. They called and said that they were from my registered agent and were going to set me up to get my business to come up on several different search engines. US directory being one of them. They also did not allow me to be able to make the changes myself to my business account on US directories, and said I needed to call them. I was supposed to only pay $5 a month, days after they tried to charge me $140 (I assumed it was just to verify my account). I called to cancel my account right away since I haven't seen any business from them, only several spam calls every day. Today they tried charging me $140 again after I called to cancel a month ago. My bank let me know about the fraudulent charge. BUYER BEWARE!! I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYONE CALLING FROM THIS PLACE TRYING TO SET UP YOUR NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THIS IS A FORCED 1 STAR. WOULD GIVE NO STARS.

    I goy a phone call from them wanting to update my listing. I asked them to state the name of my business which she could not tell me and then she went on to ask personal questions about my business. Finally she gave me a name which was not correct and said that was listed at my address. I check my phone log and the number did not come up as usdirectry but rather from somewhere called ********. When I asked her about this she said it was a computer glitch. If you get such a call BEWARE

    If I could give no stars I would. I have tried calling many times, left several messages, sent 2 emails to 2 different emails, and tried to do the "live chat". No one has contacted me back. All I am trying to do is cancel my account, but they are making it impossible. Do NOT sign up for them!! They said one price and charged another, and like I said, you can't speak to anyone.

    I was told $5 a month and they attempted to charge my account $140 my bank marked it as fraud and denied payment, then my bank turned around and called me to verify the charges which I denied the $140 that they tried to take. This company is definitely a scam. Thankfully I bank with Truist and they monitor my account closely.

    I dont see anything that they do to make me any business calls.This is a total waste of money.I even get calls from other companies saying Im not listed on goggle.
