      I've ordered this product from this company months ago . It was talking way to long as they said the item was out of stock. The company sent me a statement saying it was refunded on May 7th . I have yet to receive the refund 2 months later ..when I spoke to my credit card company they said that they don't have anything showing any refunds. I spent over $1000 canadian and the card company told me I have to get back to the business that refund me however when you call it rings twice and goes to an answering machine that you can't leave voicemail and they are not responding to email.

      I ordered parts from this company over a month ago and still have not received them. I paid over 2,000 and is was a big expense for me and necessary purchase to repair my car. I have emailed them numerous times only to get the same response like this one; Hey Alison, sorry for the late reply here. I would like an immediate delivery of the products I ordered or the immediate return of my funds from YotaMafia! plus I believe some kind of apology, explanation, or additional monetary gift is in order. :/ ??

      Hi there, 

      We have been in Contact with Mrs ******* over Text messages and calls several times. They ordered a build to order bumper and unfortunately the manufacturer ran into supply issues and it took longer then expected. We have reached out to the customer and now provided a tracking number to her. I do believe Mrs ******* has had this issue resolved.

      Placed an order in the middle of august, only received half of the order. Requested information on status of my order a month later towards the end of sept. Sept 28 my email had been responded to by “Owner” of the company Breland *******. At the end of the conversation on the 28th I asked the best case scenario for receiving said parts. Did not receive a reply until oct 16. Stating email was sent to wrong address. My reply was not responded to until oct 20 after sending follow up emails. Requested a refund on oct 26 and have not recieved any confirmation my request has been processed. “ Breland *******” has ceased all communication. Order #96085

      I received an email on 9/9 from this company that advertised an aftermarket headlight/taillight combo for $1350. The ad stated that the promotion was available through the weekend. I had got on that same day to purchase but realized that I didn't have my wallet. Thinking that I had the whole weekend (as advertised) I planned to purchase the next day. When I clicked on the same promotional email the next it took me to the page but the price had jumped up to $1800. I tried emailing the company multiple times that weekend so that I could still get the deal but received no response. I emailed them again a few days later asking them to still honor the promotional price, but they stated that they had made an error in pricing and had only honored the orders that were placed the evening of 9/9. I asked them to honor the ad sent to my email and they declined to do so.

      To whom it may concern, 

       

      On Friday September 9th one of our vendors emailed us about a promotion on headlights, the following day the 24 hours after this was live on our website for purchase the vendor emailed and said that they had made a mistake, to delete the ad and they would honor what had already been sold, we more than honored all these sales and even let a few after slide in for the same price that weekend. The night of Saturday, September 10th we took the promotion off our website and changed the price back to the retail price of $2200. 

       

      On Wednesday , September 14th Mr ***** sends us an email he had tried to call us over the weekend (on sunday) but could not get ahold of us. (We are not open on Sundays), he states he is upset he could not get in on the headlight combo for the advertised price. I explained to Mr ***** that the price was incorrect and the customers who ordered it during that time was honored. 3 Days after the price was changed mr ***** is demanding that we give the original price, I explain we cannot offer that price as it is below our cost and instead of the $2200 retail price I would sell it to him at my cost for $1689.00 just to help him out. He did not want this deal and refused to accept any kind of deal other than the already changed incorrect price from 72 hours ago. 

       

      I try to be an honorable company with integrity but at a point we cannot lose money and give away product due to an error that has already been fixed.  We are more than happy to serve mr ***** and help him get new headlights and will still honor our orignal $1689 deal for the combo.
