            I am refiling this complaint since Lorenzo failed to respond to the prior one. My vehicle was towed to Lorenzo. Lorenzo diagnosed my car with needing a new engine at an estimate of $8,600. They were rude and insisting I was not giving the car oil changes as they were not showing up on Carfax. The garage that does the oil changes does not report to Carfax. I towed the car to another garage for a second opinion given the car has been routinely maintenance, with ******* miles on it and 4 years old I couldnt understand why my engine had gone. Turns out I did not need to be replaced it was a cracked spark plug. I want the diagnostic fee refunded. I have back up paperwork to support this complaint and happy to provide. I reached out to Lorenzo with several phone calls to the service manager. He did not return my calls.

            I was sold a 2022 Nissan Murano with no support for a flat tire, such as the car lift, lug wrench and the wheel lock key. I filed a complaint with Nissan and they said since the dealer is independent, they cannot force them to provide the missing equipment I should have received. I called the dealer and the salesman, they refuse to *************. I don't know what else to do except warn all prospective customers not to purchase any cars from LORENZO NISSAN OF HOMESTEAD.
