I leased a 2023 Nissan Murano at Lorenzo Nissan in *********. I went to return the vehicle and complete my End of Lease in May and decided to purchase another vehicle. I signed all the necessary paperwork and turned in my lease. A month after purchasing my Alfa ****** I received calls from Nissan Finance that the Nissan Murano had not been paid. I called the dealer several times trying to reach a manager to resolve this issue and either no one would answer or a rude reception by the name of **** would hang up the call. I also tried calling the salesperson ***** to help but no luck. I finally spoke with someone (didn't give me their name) and was told that it can take a few weeks for payment to be made to the bank. After 2 months, I received a notice of credit collection that the Nissan Murano is still not paid. Again, I tried calling serval times and no answer, so I decided to go in person to the dealer, where I spoke to the general manager ****** and was told since it was not "spoken about" I was responsible to pay the remaining balance and that nothing can be done. I was never told that I was responsible during the deal, and they were very aware of the amount that was owed, and never was not told I needed to pay for it. Because of their Negligence my credit can now be affected and I'm in collection! The amount due is $1,745.61 and I would like Lorenzo Nissan to resolve this issue and submit payment to Nissan Finance.Initial Complaint

On February 7, 2023 I went to Lorenzo **** to see if they might have a vehicle that I might use as a second vehicle. I was having some work done to my truck and I didn't want to pay for rental car so I decided to purchase a vehicle for that time and then maybe even sell it if when my truck was finished. I got paired with a salesman ****** fine and after many attempts of different vehicles on the lot I finally got to choose from two vehicles that they could definitely finance for me and one was a 2018 Jeep compass latitude. As soon as we got into the Jeep I noticed that the information touch screen the head unit in the dashboard wasn't working it had a crack on it. I said what's going on with that immediately, and ****** find my salesman said it's broken but don't worry we will have that fixed that is not a problem and I figured it wouldn't be. That night I found out my license was suspended so I could not take the vehicle home that night I had to go to the *** the next day get my license back on and then I went back.That head unit controls 60% of the car & A/C. The sales manager used car sales manager ***** was supposed to unwind the deal with ******************** They still haven't done it and they still haven't got the vehicle from Lorenzo **** who on my paperwork is Lorenzo Nissan. On the window sticker it says it was bought from Lorenzo **** on my sales paperwork it says Lorenzo Nissan. I had never been to Nissan and I don't know where Nissan even is at. And they're not the same business they are two different business entities and they're both dba's Nissan of Lorenzo real estate and **** of the Lorenzo enterprises. Two different business entities completely. They have had my jeep for over a year. now my credit is shot with a $22,000.00 debt with no vehicle. $1,500 down payment $669.84 rental car bill. I would like my down payment back, rental car amount back, $5,000.00 in compensation and unwind the deal and fix my credit. Thank you in advance for your time.Initial Complaint

I am refiling this complaint since Lorenzo failed to respond to the prior one. My vehicle was towed to Lorenzo. Lorenzo diagnosed my car with needing a new engine at an estimate of $8,600. They were rude and insisting I was not giving the car oil changes as they were not showing up on Carfax. The garage that does the oil changes does not report to Carfax. I towed the car to another garage for a second opinion given the car has been routinely maintenance, with ******* miles on it and 4 years old I couldnt understand why my engine had gone. Turns out I did not need to be replaced it was a cracked spark plug. I want the diagnostic fee refunded. I have back up paperwork to support this complaint and happy to provide. I reached out to Lorenzo with several phone calls to the service manager. He did not return my calls.Business response

I bought a new **** Nissan Pathfinder in November. The fuel pump went out in less than a month. They replaced the fuel pump. They told me that was my only option. They would not switch out the car. They told me the car was one price and had me sign the paperwork on my phone and I did not see that they added $1925.00 to the price of the vehicle. They have not told me why. They have promised for two months now to go over the paperwork with me. They also told me the vehicle could tow. Well it cannot have a towing package, because it has a senor in the back for the lift gate.Initial Complaint

I came to purchase a used car on 2/18/2023 the first car I was put into did not have any motor oil in the car , the transmission oil leaked and the car was running bad and went into limp mode and I couldnt drive the car so they came to pick the car up and gave a rental for the time but at that point I didnt want that car any longer due to that shorting the engine life since I got it for my daughter and she drove it three hours away from where I live, so I contacted them and they did switch the car out on 2/24/2023 but now the car needs work done to it as well and they informed me that the car was serviced , even though I have been asking them to send me the service report that I have not received yet , just to find out that that same car need front struts and shocks, 5 dome light bulbs, cabin air filter and engine air filters are bout in need of replacement. I have had so many problems with just these two visits and when I call the store to speak to someone they hang up on me every time or never calls back. This is bad for business to me and should be fixed since they claimed they serviced the car and I paid the service people **** just to say they fixed the problem and didnt.
