Was hired by the business to transport equipment. Was supposed to be paid upon delivery. No payment. All contact being ignored.

Hi team at BBB,
We have make the arrangements mention on the complain.
The payment to the carrier got delayed due to the arrangements make with the client, with the holidays the payment from our client was made later than expected and this also delayed the payment over to the carrier.
But we did spoke to them on 3 occasions to keep them updated and we made the payment as agreed with the carrier and as our contracts are stipulated.
As per conversation with the carrier they did not want to remove the complain but we have make all the arrangements that we are responsible for.
Hope this information helps our with the current complaint.
