08/20-10/05/2020 My name is ******************************, and I am a homeowner. In August 2020, we hired a contractor ( AGOSTINI COMPANY, LLC) ******* Agostini to complete a remodel of our whole entire house. Although we spoke English and Contractor spoke Spanish, we communicated via ****** translator to ensure there were no language barriers preventing us from accomplishing our goals. The renovation was done in about 6 1/2 weeks on the agreed timeframe. The issue that we had with the contractor was immediately when we moved back in there was an issue with the floor. The contractor came back out and fixed the issue but there appeared to be more issues with the floor in the next couple of months. The floors were rising. We began to notice other small changes in the house that the cabinet doors were weak and they were not holding on. There was another cabinet that fell on the floor and we were grateful that nobody was in the home when it happened. I was on the porch when I heard it fall over but this was a cabinet that we only put cups and plates and plastic in so far in the fall we were concerned that maybe the contractor glued it and not screwed it properly . We noticed that the paint work in the house was not something that we paid for. That the contractor instead of taking the wallpaper off in the correct manner to simply paint it on top of the wallpaper. We asked that he remove it the correct way and to prime and prepare the wall for painting. Now it seems that if you apply any pressure the wall immediately starts chipping. The floor and our living room actually rolled up like a volcano and we asked him to come back out to repair it and after it was repaired there were holes all throughout the floor of him picking it up to replace the floor . We are paying additional money for him to make the repairs because he said that he will have to put something underneath the floor before you install the flooring. I have tried to work with all the companies and tried to mediate.

Good evening, my name is ************************************** Owner of Agostini Company Llc. On the occasion of a telegram I received by mail. From now on I do not understand the reason for it but I will briefly explain the situation with Mrs. **************** the month of August 2020, he asked us for an estimate to remodel his Mobile Home. Which we started doing in the same month. I have in my hand that estimate still approved by Mrs. ***** delivering the project 6 weeks later, approximately at the end of June 2021, he wrote me a message telling me that the floor of his Mobile Home had problems. She decided to install laminate flooring in her project. We went to see and we assumed the repair of the same although we showed him that the problem was the structure of his Mobile Home and excessive humidity in the cleaning of the floor that together with the Air Conditioning make dangerous condiments so that the floor suffered more than it should. . She accompanied photos of the repairs that we finished on July 20, 2021. She was totally satisfied and grateful for our response to the matter raised. 8 months later, March 17, 2022, he writes to tell me that his house had electrical problems. ***** more than 1 year and a half he writes to me to ask about electrical problems which were not covered by our contract. It did not cover the electricity of the house. But much worse still wanting to accredit us after more than 18 months of problems that did not exist at the time of delivering our project. And he never even mentioned the time of our second intervention in his house. I enclose a copy of the photos of your floor. I have in my possession text messages written by herself and the emails with the estimate approved by her in accordance with the work done by our company. That is why, as I said at the beginning, I do not understand the concern of the telegram received from Mrs. ********** With nothing more to add for the moment, greetings to you very carefully.

I am rejecting this response because:

As soon as we came home, there were concerns we had with the house. The flooring put down was put in poorly and begin to rise after a few months. There are uneven areas, and holes in my floor from you making the repair. The walls, in you look up close the painting job in some areas was done poorly and all the cabinets are coming up. This was a remodel that in some areas the work was good and other areas not the best. The pictures does not show the small is***s that you can only see from the naked eye. We spoke to the flooring company and they stated you had to install it wrong for the floor to rise, there should of been spacing in between to allow for the floor to move. We have communicated with you directly about a host of is***s after the project was done. The reason for the delay because we did not want to *** you. We wanted to try to come to a middle ground. Thats why I asked for my money back for the floor. We can paint the is*** you created on our own. But we can not pay for new flooring you messed up. This is not ok. We told you immediately but because you had another home renovation we had to wait for you to come back and fix it and I paid you an additional $400 for the same thing. The floor is moving again so if you fixed it why are we having is***s on a new floor? Just refund the money a portion of the renovation costs so we can hire someone to fix the is***s you did not have time to repair. Overall you did a good job with some areas but in other areas you messed up. We should not have to suffer because in some areas you did not do your absolute best. The paint we could not see until there was complete sunshine for us to see it. And you came back to fix several cabinets that fell down. How is this a renovation if after a few weeks things are falling apart?

      Sincerely,

      Charkivia **********
