I am reporting a company whom I ordered from and they substituted one of the plants, kept lying about my replacement being in the works, and only refunded me part of the cost.I purchased three rooted Plumeria plants for $118.20 on 5/24/22 from Florida Colors Nursery, ***************************************************************. They substituted a grafted plant for one of the rooted plants without checking with me they just substituted. I contacted them, they kept telling me my replacement was in the works, never admitting they did not have what I ordered. I never received the replacement. I asked for a pre-paid label to return the wrong plant they ignored me. My account on their Website said they were waiting the return. Finally, they sent me the label and I returned the wrong plant. They owe me $46,38 for the plant, tax, and 1/3 of the shipping. They only refunded me $40.66. I had a coupon I had earned from a previous order. They deleted the coupon from my refund since I returned a plant. They should have contacted me when they didnt have the plant I ordered to see if I wanted to order something else, which I would have. They had no right to substitute without asking.They finally admitted they didnt have the plant I had ordered and had purposely substituted. I emailed them about the remaining $5.72 but they have ignored me. I have all the emails containing our conversations. It has been a huge hassle, many emails, they were untruthful, and they did not refund me the entire amount.
