I am very disappointed in the poor customer service provided by this business. I have followed the business on instagram for years and always admired that the business is woman owned and wanted to place an order for some time but the styles I liked were often sold out. I finally decided to place an order recently and entered my specific nail measurements in 'mm' for custom sizing since the sizing chart shown on the site did not match my nail sizes. I received an email from her following my purchase ASKING if I wanted to utilize a size kit because the sizes listed on the site did not match the sizes for the shape of the set I ordered. I informed her that I did not have time to wait on a size kit and needed my nails asap but she clearly had the measurements in mm and could have made the set using this information as all size charts are essentially created from basic measurements from the nails. There is no way she could have misinterpreted what 16mm, 12mm and so forth would mean unless she is oblivious to basic math. When I informed her that I needed the nails asap, she completly cancelled my order without even asking me how I wished to proceed, although it was her own fault that she did not include the correct size chart on her own website, does not list on her site that sizing kits are REQUIRED AND ignored the fact that I specifically requested a rush order for my nails. Why would you cancel an order when your customer needed it asap? In my experience, ***** was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Now I have to find a completely different nail set for my trip and have less time because she wasnt competent enough to work with me instead of cancelling my order..Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The issue was resolved but the customer service was terrible considering the fact that I requested a rush order and had no idea that the sizing was wrong because she as the business owned did not update that or include any sort of disclaimer on her website that a sizing kit was needed for the set I ordered. The measurements I sent were not incorrect, as they were my exact nail bed sizes in mm and she clearly wasnt getting that. She was very impolite for someone who didnt take the time out to update the details on their own website. She kept trying to argue with me instead of just correcting the issue. Why would you cancel someones order without communicating that this was the ONLY way to proceed with the order? Super rude and disrespectful.
