      Customers beware. They are trying scam you out of unnecessary money. I went to get an oil change and the service person attending me comes with a video showing me my air filter was dirty. Of course I knew that wasnt true because I had changed the air filter 2 months prior. I kept on telling the service lady that that was not my vehicle and she kept arguing with me that it was. When we opened the hood I proved to her it wasnt because the video she showed me was of a dusty dirty car and my car was clean and the air filter was clean like I had told her. When I got home I proceeded to check my oil to make sure they had done a proper oil change since that is what I had paid for and the oil marker on the dip stick says low. Explain to me how I just paid $120 to get my oil change and its on low. This place is a scam. AVOID IT AT ALL COST. Write a review on the BBB or ****** anywhere to let others know.

      We are sorry to hear about your recent experience at our dealership. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

      After reviewing the video of your multi-point inspection, we found that our technician did not recommend that you change your air filter. Instead, the technician only showed you the air filter and mentioned that it was slightly dirty. We want to assure you that we never told you that you needed to change your filter, and we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that *** have occurred.

      Regarding your concern about the dusty car in the video, we can confirm that this was your vehicle. All of our video multi-point inspections start at the back end of the vehicle to show the plate number to ensure our guests that it is the correct vehicle being inspected. We apologize if this was not properly communicated to you at the time of your visit.

      We also want to mention that our management team reached out to you by phone to address your concerns, including the air filter and dusty car issue. We offered to have you come back to check the oil levels, but unfortunately, you declined our offer. We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our guests, and we are disappointed that we were not able to meet your expectations.

      We take pride in our commitment to transparency and honesty, and we assure you that we do not engage in any practices that could be perceived as a scam. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services moving forward.

      I went for *** module bleeding. I had scheduled apt and made it a point to ensure service depart was aware I would bring my vehicle for *** module bleeding. After 2hrs I was informed my car service was done. I asked service advisor if the mechanic conducted the *** Module bleed and he informed that they had done the bleed, so I asked how it was done. The advisor said they bled the brakes in sequential order. I informed the service advisor that is not bleeding the *** module since you need to hook up the *** scan tool. The advisor went to speak with mechanic and he informed that they had not done the *** Module bleed and to leave my car so they could do it. After another hour the service advisor informed that the mechanic was not able to perform the *** bleed because they could not connect to my cars computer and the mechanic believed it was and short. The estimate went up to ******. I told them no, and picked up my car. The advisor wanted to charge me over ****** for conducting diagnostic and brake bleed. I informed him I never asked for it but would have paid it if they would have done the *** bleed. He removed the brake bleed charge and left the miscellaneous charge. When I asked what it was he informed everyone is charged this for disposal and other things. I requested he remove charge since my job was not done, the advisor said would speak with manager. After the advisor returned the miscellaneous charge was removed. I ended up paying ****** for diagnostic of vehicle. This place is a scam, they will charge you for anything and do nothing. Be careful, I will never go to this dealership again.If I could give it negative stars, I would.

      sales manager at south dade toyota , a complete dishonest an unprofessional person was the one that try to rip me off today at the dealer . with an inaccurate , not professional , value of my car . not only they have two different prices on the same car that i was interested on .one on the window sticker of the actual car .and the price they have on the internet ( $2500 lower ) they also started to offend me about the year of the car that i was trading in ( the car that i want it to buy it was only 2 years newer ) .the claim in that it was too old for them to have in the dealer ship . they have ask me to realize that the car was a too old .and that i was very lucky to be doing business with them and i should get rid off car . they offer me $9000 . then they pull a paper from the internet claiming that it was worth $5400, but they will give me more money because I'm an old customer of theirs and they want to help me . i bought two brand new cars from them before , and i recommended two friends , that they end up buying two more cars from them . i will never recommend the dealer to anybody , or buy anything from them . TOYOTA should be aware of the scam that this people are doing . and the customer they are losing ......shame

      False advertising on all of their vehicles. vehicle listed on dealers website for $22K, when inquired about the vehicle, I am told $27K after an inquiry on a second vehicle advertised on dealers website for 21K they told me it is actually 23K because they changed the oil and did tire rotation. This dealer is involved in scamming customers. Stay away, they are ripping people off thousands for each vehicle.They checked my credit report 3 times without my permission and when confronted, they deny and told me it was the system. or maybe I did it myself. Checking customers credit without their consent is illegal and punishable by law.Toyota needs to review dealership policies in how this store is abusing customers and how customers are treated.I am planning to file an official complaint with ********** of ******* Safety and Motor Vehicles at the regional office responsible for the dealership.

      Purchased a Toyota listed at $21,500. Which no that's not the actual price it's $26,500 they just list that to bring people in. *****, may get corporate involved
