I placed an order for $35.27. I received an email saying they no longer sell the product I ordered and they will issue a refund to me. Twice they tried to refund my PayPal account and both times the refund failed. They will not answer their phones or respond to my email.Business response

Hello *****, Sorry about that, seems our processor (Paypal) had some issues and the refund was not completed before. We attempted again now, I will put a note in my calendar to follow up after 2-3 days

On Oct 10, 2022 I placed an order with Dreside. My card was charge $53.98 within minutes. However, I never received a confirming email. I have called twice and emailed three times requesting that a confirming email with tracking information or estimated ship date be sent to me. As of Oct 20, 2022 I have not received an email with the specific information I requested. I received an email reply last week stating that the order would be shipped last week. ON Oct 19, 2022 I sent another email requesting a confirming email with tracking info and/or estimated shipping date. The response I received on Oct 20, 2022 stated the order was not shipped because the email address on my inquiry email was not the same as the email address used when the order was placed. Had the person/company read the second email I sent, they would have seen that the email address used to place the order was clearly included in the email's content.I am concerned this is a company participating in fraudulent practices and I choose not to interact with the company anymore. On October 26, 2022, I will contact my bank and dispute the charge.Business response

Your order initially was flagged as review by ship station so that's why it did not leave immediately, after you contacted us we were able to verify and ship it.
