      ******* de Adelanto $2,500.para comprar un auto, el dia 17 de ****** 2022.Toyota Corolla, 2011...el carro al llevarlo a mi casa estaba en mal estado, regres el mismo da a regresar el carro...ya el dealer estaba cerrado. El da 21, se entreg el auto al dueo y el solo regres, $ ******** dijo, que me quejara donde yo quisiera que no me hiva a regresar el resto del dinero.. tengo un recibo donde el dice el monto que me est regresando..robandome el resto del dinero ..Gracias

      Dear ****************, 

      In regard to the above complaint, I wanted to begin by pointing out that in our 22 years in busisness, Xpress Auto Sales has never had any other complaint or has ever had to appear in court for any wrong doing to any of our customers.  We pride ourselves on handling all of our sales with profesionalism and honesty.  Xpress Auto Sales is a used car sales dealership and all vehicles are sold AS IS. Still, we do try to give our customers the best service possible and accomodate them in the case that a problem arises. 

      Regarding ************************, she came to the dealership on July 17th and test drove the vehicle. The car was in good running condition so ************************ gave a $2,500.00 deposit on the vehicle and drove out of the lot the same day.  Four days later, on July 21st, she decided not to keep the vehicle claiming that the vehicle had problems.  We tried to explain to her that we can certainly take a look at the vehicle and if we were able to find any issue with the vehicle (which was sold AS-IS condition and was test driven before with no problems), that maybe we can help out with the cost of the problem.  At the time, ************************ did not want to agree to any kind of solution but to cancel the contract and get a full refund of the deposit.  

      I have attached a copy of the sales contract signed by ************************ where it specifically states in large bold letters: "DEPOSIT NON REFUNDABLE".  As we do try to accomadate for our customers and provide them with a pleasant experience, we made an exception for ************************ and refunded her half of the deposit ($1,250). As mentioned, the staff at Xpress Auto Sales go above and beyond to make our customers happy. This is why 90% of our sales are from repeat customers or referrals. In **************************** case, we regret that it has come to this. However, as a business we do need to follow the rules and policies that are implemeneted to ensure  that our business runs smoothly and honestly.
