3 14 24 visited shipping container business to purchase 40' container with 2 turbines. The container was delivered on Monday. When we, me and my caregiver/wife purchased the container we were promised the container had no holes and all doors worked and it did not have any leaks. Additionally promised if their were any issues for years to come he (the owner) would fix them. I am a legally blind veteran (not combat related) and have to trust people at their word since I can not see so well. When the container was delivered we paid the last payment in cash. We found out one door would not shut properly and there was a rusted hole you can put your fingers through. We called the owner and scheduled times for him to come out. Three different dates, he never came out. He, *************************, will no longer answer phone calls. The last time we talked I asked him if this had to go to a higher level. He thought I said **** I told him "no, no suing, I just wanted to know if you were going to honor the verbal agreement we had. He mentioned he had a reputable business. He just has never come out to fix the issues. There are other addresses for this business. We like to return it for a full refund ($3650 cash no checks or credit cards) and he would have to pick it up or have him pay to fix the issues. I do not trust the owner.
