    We moved into our new built house on June 1st, 2021. We were given 1 year workmanship warranty and a 30 day bullet list for any problems we found. I turned in in person the bullet list after 28 days. It is now 18 months later and they have done nothing. There was a cracked that formed in the wall after 9 months. They sent a person out to repair it. Instead of repairing the crack he cut a hole in the side of our fireplace to look at another problem that was on the list. He said he would be back in a few days to repair it. That never happened. I ended having to pay $400 to have the hole fixed and the crack repaired. I called twice and texted the person in charge of the warranty just since the person (***) cut the hole in our fireplace. In the 18 months since I turned in my 30 day list I have called many times, dropped off written complaints, and have mailed it in. We never even got a walk through from the then person in charge *****. The sales man ****** told us that if we signed the contract then, that we would not be charged the the price hike when the materials went up in cost. We then had to pay over $5000 2 weeks before closing for the rise in cost of materials or loose the house. We are selling the house and had to have all these things repaired out of our pocket. We would like $8000 reimbursed for time and materials for me to fix the things by contract that they didn't. As of this date they have not done 1 thing to fix things on the ********************** repair the damaged hole that *** cut in the fireplace, or the crack in the wall. I even sent in pictures. My last contact with them was Sept 30th of this year. They just don't care. They have done nothing since closing except cause more damage.
