      I will not recommend Stress Less Movers after the damage the crew did to the walls and patio while removing the furnishings from my home. Half the furniture has chips or scratches. The China cabinet was partially bubble wrapped leaving tape residue on the glass and wood. Same with the electronics. At the storage unit the blankets were removed as I had agreed to due to the 'shortage' they were experiencing. However one of the crew said the industrial roll of bubble wrap would be used since it was included in the cost. When I saw that book cases were standing on desks and the China cabinet hutch was placed on the cement floor without the bubble wrap the crew leader refused to use the wrap which was sitting right there hardly used which they then put on their truck. Unfortunately there is no way to post photos of the results of hiring stress less/full movers. Jason did offer to paint over the aluminum scuff marks on the patio but that was already taken care of. However he refused to acknowledge my complaint about the tape residue on glass and wood. Fortunately the two men and truck who moved the furnishings from the unit into our home were professional and pointed out damage before they moved anything.

      This review is a complete fallacy. To our knowledge there was no damage to any walls. When we showed up on the scheduled date and time with Ms ****** to access any damage, Ms ****** was not there. When we contacted Ms ****** and asked her if she was on her way her response was "what for" and "I didn't say I was going to meet you". Ms ****** was the one that requested blankets not be placed on her items as she did not want to pay to rent them. Ms ****** was asked several times if she was sure that she did not want blankets on her belongings. Ms. ****** did in fact have all of her item's bubble wrapped that she requested, including her china hutch. It goes without saying that if you store your items unprotected (again by choice) scratches may occur. Ms ****** send us a text claiming that items had been scratched along with stating she was sending pictures of the damage. The only pictures that Ms ****** sent were of her items (including her china hutch) bubble wrapped. Ms ****** also stated that she was "willing" to let the damage go. Seems fitting as how she is the one that chose not to protect her items and sent us no proof of any damage. The Better Business Bureau has seen the text as well as pictures. Unfortunately, due to their policy of protecting the consumers experience, their hands are tied in the removal of this review.

      I never agreed to meet Jason at the house. I was assured bubble wrap would be used instead of the blankets since it was included in the cost. The bubble wrap was placed haphazardly covering only one small section of glass or wood and electronics items leaving tape residue. It goes without saying someone should be knowledgeable not to stack a bookcase on top of an unprotected wooden desk. The large roll of bubble wrap was right there. The pictures sent were of large chips of paint on the floor and the dent made on the wall by the crew, also the aluminum scratches on the newly stained patio and a picture of the China cabinet hutch with tape all over the glass. The scratches in the items are too numerous to take up my time and if anyone notices them they will hear who is responsible. Jason was not present at the house for packing and loading the truck or the storage unit for unloading the truck. I was there.
      Thank you Better Business Bureau for allowing consumers to express their dissatisfied experience.

      Ms ****** most certainly DID agree to meet us. We are not in the habit of going to random customers houses just cause. Let's just say Ms. ****** didn't agree to meet us to assess the damage. If Mr ****** knew that we were there, wouldnt Ms ****** have come by to let us in to see the damage so it could be taken care of? If it isn't obvious at this point we never received any pictures of large chips of paint missing or damage to walls, and we can easily prove it. We DID in fact bubble wrap EVERYTHING Ms ****** requested to have bubble wrapped. Now to recap everything. First Ms ****** claimed we didn't bubble wrap, then we did (forced to admit it after proof of pictures was presented). Ms ****** is also still claiming we caused damage with no proof. Ms ****** was able to take pictures of the alleged damage that didn't show any damage (was actually proof of requested items bubble wrapped), but  was unable to take pictures of any actual alleged damage because it would "take up Ms. ******'s time". We can also look at Ms ******'s admittance by not rebutting that we did in fact ask several times if not having blankets on items was 100% what was she wanted. Finally, that in fact we had been told that the alleged, unproven damage was willing to be "let go" (again forced admittance due to actual proof).

      Ms ****** we are now directly speaking to you. It seems that you are upset at something and it is being aimed at us. We truly and wholeheartedly are asking you to please not respond to this. We have all had situations in life when our emotions get the better of us. We feel that the best course of action at this point would be to ******* all of this and we can part as friends.
