On 12/14/2021 I hired Tim ****** who owns nursery Life of Citrus to irrigation for my lot to be installed,before he suppose to grade the lot then I paid 3220.00 up front for sod then he was going to run a timer to side of my house the total was going to cost 4500.when done had to give him 3220.00 up front for the sod. Then he came back and remeasure and said I would meed 10 more pallets which needed 1800.00 more up front so I paid hime total of 5020.00 up front for sod 8 months later no sod at all. Then he put irrigation 3 heads in my back yard plus bought a new timer box with 4 zone so he can hook up to 4 zones when supposedly he would have 13 heads that's why I bought the timer with 4 zone but know he said he's going to hook everything on 1 zone. He was supposed to remove dirt from my back yard which he left 2 piles of dirt. I paid him 2000.00 up front hasn't been completed yet. Then on the lot he cut down a big tree that I told him not to cut it down so what he said sorry and what he would do is build a berm around where I park my RV 20wide 40 long plus he would level it but that never got done. He keeps on giving excuses like his workers don't want to work cause it's to hot then he said the only time they will work is when they need booze or drugs. I paid him total of 8720.00 and nothing is completely it was all supposed to be done by end of Jan now it's aug still not done. Tim ****** gives all small business a bad reputation. I found out that he doesn't have a license for irrigation.
