Easily a snowball that can easily end in evictions with this kind of late fee...IF YOUR IN TROUBLE AND YOU HAVE TO PAY LATE, THIS IS NOT THE DEMOGRAPHIC THAT CAN ABSORB $200.?.?. This will cause extreme amount of undo damage and nobody with power seems to care, especially property ownership. THEN PEOPLE HAVE MORE STRIKES against them, good people, more problems, more on the street. My dream where taken away with the 2009 market crash...by ************ and real estate companies. Now I'm seeing the same thing here. Nobody with power cares especially state. Property ownership is left to squeeze without consciousness or basic demographic intellectual data, or heart. Never have I worked so hard to have nothing but boundless greed show me how unlucky me and other are. We are doomed.
