I had a granite countertop installed the end of December. I ordered a specialty sink that has 2 attachment accessories that are to be used by dropping them into the tracks on the sink. On the day of measuring, I office the sink paperwork the the worker who said it did not need them. Keep in mind the accessories where in the sink during the measuring process. The installers showed up 3-4 hours late. Once again the accessories where in the sink when they installed the counter and must have removed them during the installation and did not place them back in the sink (since the didn't fit!) I DID NOT notice this since it being 8 pm at night and tired. I paid a significate amount extra for this specific sink and it can not be used according to its purpose. We contacted the company immediately the next morning. The owner said it would not be a problem and would personally be out at my home to inspect and to have the issue corrected. The owner did not show up at the house but sent someone who what there for a few minutes and said there is nothing the can do! The invoice says they are a Hernando Chamber of Commerce member which they are not, nor are they a member in Pasco County. I sent them an email. explaining my issue and have had no reply. I waiting a month hoping they would to the right thing and they have not. This company was ok to work with until they got cash in hand. The owners wife is nasty by phone but says "god bless" in writing. I have phone records and email records to show the communication.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/23) */ Attached is the customer's sign off sheet of job completion, paid contract and supporting pictures of before and after. Her complaint to me was was her Ruvati cutting board did not fit. Customer elected to purchase her own sink. We took care of her concern on 12/22/21.
