Products they provide are very good however, their installation team and project manager are the worst. When we decided to use cabinet Warehouse for our kitchen, master bathroom and main bathroom project the sales team committed to have the project manager onsite and taking photos/documenting the work since we were living in ********** and the work was being done on our home in *******. They gave us comfort that they were capable to manage the project and subcontractors (plumber/electrician). Moreover, they committed to completing the job before we move in on April 26, 2024 and they promised to send photos of the demo, plumbing, electrical and cabinet installation. Needless to say the work was not completed on time and we had several installation and damaged issue that are still unresolved. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO DO WORK ON YOUR HOUSE!

Hello,
I am sorry you feel that Cabinet Warehouse did not meet your timeline for your project. However, there were no promises made regarding a project finish date. When you signed the contracts for this job back in December 2023 stated at the top of your invoice that you signed off, states the project was not to begin until April 2024 when you closed on the job address listed. Another agreement you signed breaks down the timeline of your project and our process. When you read over the timeline document, its pretty clear that any project that includes special order cabinetry (like one of your bathrooms required) can take up to 4-6 weeks just for the cabinetry to arrive at our warehouse and that does not even include any of the labor process of the job. We have text message records of updates provided to the customer throughout the project. If you feel there are items that still need to be addressed after signing the project completion form,Cabinet Warehouse will honor that. We will be reaching out to the customer to set an appointment for the owner to visit the job and make a final list of items that need to be addressed.Review from Cindy W

Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY FROM CABINET WAREHOUSE PLUS in Hudson! Our entire experience with this company has been nothing but a headache. For starters, employees can't input customer info into their system correctly, they cannot read a tape measure, and when you try to return cabinets that don't fit correctly, Joe, the owner, becomes belligerent & spews obscenities. This evening we tried to return 2 cabinets that were the wrong measurements. Joe inspected them & found that they were 'damaged' and would not accept them. We advised him that the cabinets were in the same condition that we picked them up, and have time stamped photos to prove it. He didn't care to see them. We then told him that we have text messages from his employee, Cristal, saying that she inspected them & they "look good from what I can see". Joe still argued that we should not have accepted them, which is probably right, but we figured they could be touched up with a little paint. All of this aside, we have never dealt with such an unprofessional, rudely mannered business owner. What's more, we are now out $1,000 because the 2 cabinets we purchased do not fit and Joe refused to give us a refund. I guess that's how their making their money, because these cabinets also have someone else's name on them...which means I got someone else's headache.
