I had an appointment scheduled on 8/2/22 and I called and left a voice mail message the day prior to cancel. I was sick with covid. The office did not update my cancelled appointment and I was listed as a no show. The office left a message for me to return the call, so I returned the call. I was told that I was not allowed to make any further appointments with this office because of my cancellations. They have an office policy that if you miss, cancel or reschedule three appointments, you are discharged from the practice. I never even knew this policy existed. I left a message for the Administrator, *****. She called me back and left a long, rude voicemail message saying that I have one excuse another. She even went back to 2019. I let a few of my friends listen to the voicemail and they were appalled. My friends said it sounded like a personal attack. I received a no show fee for the 8/2/22 appointment. I called the billing office and left a message that I actually cancelled this appointment. A week goes by with no response. I called back and spoke to *******. She told me the front desk didn't get the message to cancel but since the office decided to never see me again, she would waive the fee. I was blindsided by that comment coming from a billing person. I was trying to get some dates of my cancelled appointment and she told me that she was not going to argue with me over my appointments. I said I'm not arguing, I just have questions and then she hung up on me. There is miscommunication, a total lack of empathy towards patients, and verbal abuse. There are a lot of elderly patients that go here, and I would hate to see them be verbally abused or mistreated. This treatment towards patients is unacceptable and the office should be held accountable. Some patients have no choice but to stay here because of lack of options in the area. Please check ****** Reviews on this practice. After today I felt that I should make a formal complaint.

I am disputing $125paid + $85.45 billed. I waited over 1hr to see Dr *********************** When I was called in, the nurse took my vitals then took me back out because she said the room wasn't available because the patient in the room for me to go in had fallen asleep. About 1/2hr later, I was called back in. The nurse said wait here and threw the door against. No apology, no explanation. When I saw Dr *********************** she said she was going to prescribe me WEGOVY & LEVOTHYROXINE, & stated she highly doubted WEGOVY would be available & to let her know via patient portal because she would then call in SAXENDA. I waited a few days to find out nothing at all- no prescriptions were called in. I sent her message letting her know. I was then advised by CVS that WEGOVY wasn't available & a special form was also sent in for her to complete. It took weeks to get a response. She finally completed the form, but never called in a substitute like she said she would. I sent more messages letting her know that I was still waiting for ******* to be called in & that a special form also needed to be completed. She never did. I called in several times 2 find out what was going on, just to find out by the receptionist that they doctor had "discharged me" She actually cancelled my appointment without letting me know. No one called me or messaged me. I am now receiving a bill stating I'm PAST DUE, when I never even got the 1st bill. I am asking that this bill of $85.45 be waived. I am also asking to be reimbursed the $125 I paid. I have never in my life been so mistreated by a so called "doctor" who has been so unprofessional and heartless. All I did was contact her like she told me to. All I did was relay to her info that my pharmacy advised me to do.
