            The company replaced my roof in 2015. The roof leaked within the warranty period and the leak damaged my garage ceiling. I contacted Bay to Bay Roofing to make repairs. They "fixed" the leak but refused to repair the damage caused by the leak claiming that the language on the back of the contract freed them from responsibility for any damage. I had to pay $1494 out of pocket to repair the garage ceiling. One of their employees came out after the ceiling was repaired and said that they were not responsible for another company overcharging me because I was a senior, adding insult to injury. I can provide all of the supporting documentation including:1.) Roofing contract with Bay to Bay that includes the stated warranty.2.) Repair estimate. I sent Bay to Bay Roofing a copy of the estimate.3.) Repair receipts, also sent to Bay to Bay Roofing.4.) Copy of every written communication I could find asking them to repair my roof and my garage ceiling.The amount stated below is for the installation of the roof, not for repairs. I am seeking a refund of $1494 for the amount of the ceiling repairs.

            We purchased our house and had to have roof repair done. Bay to Bay was used to repair by the previous owner and we were told we had to use them for the repairs. They came out and provided an estimate. Different individual came to complete repairs. They did not complete all of the repairs identified in the bid on the first visit. When called back out, additional fees assessed. Payment schedule agreed on and completed. Same exact spot previously repaired is completely rotten in less than a year. Estimate provided. More than previous estimate for first repair! Not only was no acknowledgement given to the fact that the rotten area is the area they has just repaired, but they also said that no payment plan would be approved. Payments were hand delivered on the day I was paid each and every month and never missed. PLEASE MAKE BETTER CHOICES THAN WE DID - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS.
