      I am filing a formal complaint against Elite Marketing Pro for their disappointing marketing program and my refund request. Here are the details:In August 2023, I enrolled in Elite Marketing Pro's training program after a lead generation video. The program cost $7,500, financed by a ************************ with $360 monthly payments. It promised 3-7 leads weekly, extending the program for free until achieving this. I expected access to training materials for my downline and teaching purposes.However, I was timed out before completing the 12-week program. The Success Advisor's guidance was minimal, leading to delays in assignments. Even after paying extra for a weekend program, I was abruptly informed of being timed out at week 6 of the assignments. Leaving me to continue making payments for something I cant even use.I joined to learn advanced techniques but received little value. I seek resolution and fair treatment.I enrolled in the Attraction Marketing program with high hopes of gaining an edge and mastering advanced techniques. Unfortunately, the course fell short of delivering the promised benefits despite the substantial financial commitment I made. I seek a full refund of the $3,800 paid so far, along with a waiver of any future payments toward $7,500.My attempts to address this with Attraction Marketing proved fruitless. Despite multiple discussions with **** between December 2023 and February 2024, no satisfactory resolution was reached. In an attempt to avoid a legal battle, I reached out to Florida Business Arbitration which yielded no response from the company.The company also has a contract that I do not have a copy of and was never sent to me. I was told that the contract does not offer a guarantee however that is not what the salesperson indicated when I signed up.I am requesting a full refund of the approximate $3,800 in payments I have made so far to this date plus a release from any further payments towards the $7,500.

      I asked for the contract many times so it is good to get a copy for the first time.  It was my coach who told me I was timing out of the system. I never quit responding to my coach. I approached others on the team when I was told I would time out of the system. You in no way responded to the complaint. I will not stop seeking a resolution.

      On December 2022, I met online and I talked with the sale representative from Attraction Marketing about 3x. The meetings went well. He told me that the cost of the program was $6,500. He told me I can apply at Special Financing Company for a loan. He said if I pay it within 12 months I will not pay any interest. That was a lie, the interest rate is 20.99 for 24 months; I overlooked that on the contract. He told me as long as I invest the time I will start making sales within 1 month. That was a lie. As I go on the training the coach says it takes time to make sales. After 4 month I am going on all the trainings and I am still not making sales. Sadly, my 2 kids got diagnosed with a medical condition. I reached out to them for help because I cannot attend the meetings they said there is no refund. A staff from Attraction Marketing email me about wanting to help me out. I scheduled a meeting with her. She did not show up in the meeting or call me to rescheduled.

      Ms. ******** applied for an was accepted into our Acceleration 6 month marketing training program in December 2022.  She had been meeting with one of our advisors since November, 2022, and when presented with the price of the program, she opted to go with an outside funding source that is familiar with our company and the programs we offer.  Ms. ******** signed our agreement regarding the terms and conditions and offer on December 20, 2022.  This agreement also clearly states that there is a no refund policy.  

      We also reviewed the recordings of the calls Ms. ******** and our sales advisor, and there is never a mention of a guarantee for sales within her first month of the training.  Within our sales agreement she signed, we specifically note "The student acknowledges that there are no guarantees in terms of sales and money earned from this membership and agrees that success is 100% the responsibility of the student and rests on the student's ability to learn, implement and follow through, as directed. And even with perfect implementation, the student understands that marketing and advertising comes with inherent risks and challenges, which may still result in failure."  This same agreement was also acknowledged by Ms. ********'s signature that there are no refunds for the program

      Ms. ******** opted to use the outside finance company for funding her program, and she applied for and signed the paperwork for the finance company (copy of that agreement attached).  The net results of the funding were forwarded to our company on December 26, 2022 to pay for Ms. ********'s program.

      The financing company also has a separate agreement (attached) Ms. ******** signed in which they confirm that they offer a "12 Months Same As Cash Option ("SAC"):  If you pay the Amount Financed disclosed in the TILA Box within 12 months of the date of this Contract, you will receive a 100% rebate on the Finance Charge paid.  However, you must pay each installment payment on time, and there can be no default under this Contract.  If any installment show in the Payment Scheduleis not paid on time, the SAC Option is no longer available.  If another type of default occurred under the Contract, the SAC Option is no longer available."  This is listed at the top of page 2 of the financing contract provided by the finance company (attached).  

      We received our portion of the funded program payment from the financing company on December 26, 2022 and Ms. ******** began her program.  We reviewed any support tickets sent by Ms. ******** to our team and she only had some questions about how she was to join the social media group for our students and at one point she also had a log in question.  Ms. ******** messaged her coach in late March when she started experiencing some issues with her family's medical needs, and she was told that because she used outside financing she would need to contact them to see what they could do for her.  We do not have a result of any conversation she may have had with that outside company.

      We reviewed any support tickets sent by Ms. ******** to our team and she only had some questions about how she was to join the social media group for our students and at one point she also had a log in question.  

      While we regret the unfortunate situation with Ms. ********'s family medical conditions, we cannot be responsible for those situations taking precedence in her life.  Our staff member reached out to schedule a meeting unfortunately had an emergency and we were not aware that the meeting to assist Ms. ******** did not happen, and we are very sorry.  However, throughout the 6 month program, we have provided all services included in her program, including mentor calls, 1 to 1 calls, workshop offerings, and coaching.

      I regretfully signed up for Attraction Marketing on 2/21/23 After signing up, I had reached out to someone within my network marketing group, who I had mentioned the program to, he had stated to me that I need to run, not walk away from them, because he had become a victim of a scam. He informed me all they kept doing was pushing him for more money for what they claimed as “necessary services” and when he declined, they closed his account. The training that they said they would provide him with was total bogus. After what he had told me about them, I decided to do some research, they use different business name aliases, known as ****** *********, Attraction Marketing and Elite Marketing Pro, so they can hide from the complaints received by multiple people stating that they have not received any services for all the money they paid them. They have no place of business. I googled the business address listed on the website there business did not come up on google maps. A shopping center came up under the address. I put in a request to cancel the program a few days later, after signing up for the program, they sent me a response back stating there are no refunds. They claim that I have access to all of the training videos, well the access to the training videos is supposedly on the ******** group and on their website. I have no access to them. At the end of the day, I paid $1500, received no training, no services, no coaching. During my call with Michelle after she had stated how much it would cost, I declined to join, but she assured me, and guaranteed me that I would be successful with this, and pressured me into signing up. After finding all of this out, they are insane to think I would give them another dime. I have filed a dispute with ********. I have already consulted with an attorney who will take this case, if need be. I will be filing a report to google lead services, and ******** ads to get these ads removed. I refuse to quit fighting for money from scammers.

      Mr. ****** had calls with our Sales team in February 2023 and made the decision to purchase our 6 Month Acceleration program on February 21, 2023.  In the purchase process, customers are presented with an agreement regarding all program inclusions, terms and conditions, special bonuses and payment plan (if applicable).  Customers are expected to read the agreement before signing.  It is noted in the agreement in bold letters on page 7 that the fees paid are non-refundable (see attached documentation).  Mr. ****** signed the agreement and paid his first payment on February 21, 2023.  He was immediately granted access to the program and curriculum, all expert trainers and student success managers promised.

      On March 2, 2023, we received a dispute inquiry from Mr. Haisha's bank, and we responded to the bank's request by the due date of March 24, 2023. 

      At no time did Mr. ****** reach out to us directly regarding this claim that his "friend" advised him against a program, nor did he express any concerns with our team that we could address.  He was only active in our program for 12 days and had barely started the program, which thousands of others have found worked for their businesses.

      However, since Mr. ****** initiated a chargeback through his bank (which is against the sales terms and conditions stated in the agreement he signed with us - see page 7 of the attached agreement), we are unable to process a refund due to the chargeback.

      In regards to the agreement in which I had signed, I did not see that ‘no refund’ section. I am not sure if it was something I had missed, when scrolling through it. Regardless, they never informed me of no refunds on the sales call. I tried accessing the trainings and was having trouble the first couple of days, and the fact that I paid for something, and they just decide to remove me from the Facebook group, and decide to deactivate my account, the moment I messaged about canceling, is pretty shady. In that case I did not get my moneys worth, well I didn’t get anything. Why should I have to reach out in regards to my friend’s advice to the program? Are they going to tell me he is correct about everything? I decided to do some more research and validated the advice he had given me, especially after looking at all of the other previous complaints on BBB. In regards to getting a refund, are they stating that a refund would have been given if I had not initiated a refund? Because, I don’t believe that, and if need be, I can withdraw myself from the chargeback, if they decide to process the refund. At this point, I have already consulted with an attorney in regards to this. The attorney informed me if I cannot get all of this sorted out on my own, to contact him back. I am tired of going back and forth with this, this will be my last attempt, and then I will be contacting my attorney and allow him to handle this situation for me.

      We have responded to the customer's bank on his dispute/inquiry about his charge and the bank has not finalized their decision.  This process is out of our hands and can take up to 3 months.

      The company targeted me after I had gone through a small boot camp course and they use high pressure tactics to push you into joining their Attraction marketing program. They told me I sign a conTract which I have no recollection of and I had only had a phone call with a lady one time. They debited $3500 from my checking and I sent an email for a cancellation abd refund. The scripted response was "no refunds, no exceptions". I was heavily medicated while recovering from multiple surgeries and no way could I have agreed to sign up for this. I contacted a member in the group who told me not to push for the cancellation as they are known for suing people and I'd then owe court costs. They said no way can I win. I decided to try going through my bank to get it refunded. They reached out telling me I could be removed from thr program but would lose my $3500 and they wouldn't charge the remaining $3500. Afraid of losing that money I told them / I would go off my meds and try. I then reported them to my bank and they fought it. Then I hired my attorney. They are a scam, they lie about contracts and what you get. I could never go through the course in my mental capacity. I'm now taking them to court. I would never agree to pay that much for a lesson as I have a small fixed income. I'm disable and struggling. They don't care and continue to pursue easy targets. Look at all the complaints on them. They have a team of attorneys who respond to these complaints and make the consumer look like idiots. I'm not losing this much money. I won't stop pursuing them. They owe me $6500

      On December 20, 2021, we paid $6,500 to Attraction Marketing for their online course. We had high hopes that we could achieve the results of their model students. After a few weeks of watching videos and working on the problem sets, we participated in the weekend virtual summit. We were very disappointed to have it conclude with an upsell for an additional $23,500 to receive coaching. As far as we knew, we were already in a complete program. Feedback in the Facebook group was very brief. It was disconcerting to have a "graduation call" with Kirsten only to discover that our "Success Manager" was not aware of how far along we were in the training. The small group meetings were confusing since participants were on different modules. We found it offensive that we received a series of emails from our "Success Manager," not for support, but to upsell us to a live conference. We would need to front more money for a deposit, travel, and accommodations. Without personal guidance, we did not trust that more of the same would be beneficial. It is evident that what is taught (build relationships) is not practiced toward people who have invested in this training. We discovered that some people were only doing the three month "Acceleration" program. We were taken advantage of to have the "Pro" nine-month continuation assumed, rather than be given a choice. We did a training with a different company that we chose to continue another six months because we felt we were growing and wanted to gain more. After a few weeks with Attraction Marketing, we were so discouraged and disappointed that we did not want to continue. We attempted to discuss the above with the person who sold us the program, (Anzuette) but just received a bounce back message that we should contact the person who had already just listened and forgot about us. (Kirsten) The above concerns were postal mailed to the Attraction Marketing office three weeks ago. We have not received any reply.

      Due to an unfortunate USPS mail delay, we did not receive the written copy of Mr. ********'s complaint, and it took several days to piece together the information about his participation with us.  Once the history of his membership was reviewed, we were unable to respond again on the BBB website as it was not working for business input.

      However, we now have reviewed all information and are preparing a resolution with Mr. ********.

      Mr. ********, and his wife, ********, had several calls and meetings with our sales representatives in November and December 2021 and made the decision to purchase our year long Acceleration Program on December 17, 2021.  In the purchase process, the ********s were presented with an agreement regarding the program, the curriculum, included items and any special bonuses.  Customers are expected to read the agreement before signing.  It is noted in the agreement in bold capital letters that the fees paid are non-refundable (see attached documentation of agreement, page 5).  The agreement also states that the program is largely driven by the customer's willingness to take actions as recommended by our team as it relates to the content of the program (see attached documentation of agreement, page 2) and that the customer takes full responsibility for their actions and further agrees that success with the program is dependent on their willingness to follow the steps outlined by Attraction Marketing . com (see attached documentation of agreement, page 3) and that the program is not a done-for you or one-on-one program (see attached documentation, page 5). Mr. ******** signed the agreement and paid in full on December 17, 2021. 

      Customers are expected to attend the scheduled sessions with their student success manager, and at first the ********s did so.  But after May, 2022, they never came back for a scheduled meeting.  

      The ********s began their training and had 3 meetings with their student success manager to stay on track. They never came back to another session with their SSM, nor did they communicate with her they were struggling.  They were also invited to our large in-person event, Digital Networker Live, that was held in July, 2022.  

      In a letter, Mr. ******** claimed he reached out to his initial contact at Attraction Marketing .com, and got a bounce back message to contact Customer Support (their initial contact had left the company).  Support reached out to the ********s and was told that their SSM would be in touch, but Mr. ******** did not like the fact that the same SSM was reaching out and stated he found it offensive that she also sent him an invitation to the live event noted above (which is part of our standard protocol to reach students).

      Mr. ******** noted that he did not believe that "specific, personal guidance" was given to him for his program, although at the outset we establish that the program they signed up for is is not a done-for-you or one-on-one program. 

      Regardless of the ********s expectations and our notes that the ********s simply stopped participating in the scheduled meetings -- and the fact that they did not reach out further to program leaders or elevate their concerns to company owners for assistance, we will be reaching out to Mr. ******** to offer a partial refund.  We will be sending a letter to Mr. ******** today.

      Better Business Bureau:

      The response filed with BBB is not the same as the letter that was sent to us. (See attachment - Justifications citing the original contract and leaving out that the in-person training would incur travel expenses.)

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Elite Marketing has offered to send us a partial refund of $2,500 once this complaint is marked resolved.

      On December 23 and 24th I spoke with Cody ***** from Attraction marketing about their program. On December 24th, after a long call, and feeling a bit pushed, I decided to try their program, a year long program on marketing. I would be starting the program in the New Year. I was traveling out of the country for Christmas and New Year. On December 25 we left for a vacation. While away, I realized, I would not be able to commit to the course and on December 27th or 29t, when I could connect to the internet , I sent an email to Cody telling him I needed to cancel my commitment as I would not be able to participate in the program . I have not started the program and wanted a refund. Cody said, he could only stop the 3 additional payments and not refund the first payment I made. Considering I have not even started the program, and usually you have a 3-5 day window to cancel, I asked for a full refund of the first payment of $1625, Since my original email was sent from outside the country, it does not appear to be showing attaching what I do have . Even if a payment has gone through, we all know refunds can be sent. I want a refund for a program I am not going to be doing or participating in. I have contacted the credit card company as well.

Ms. ********** signed the agreement and paid her first payment on December 24, 2021. On Thursday, December 30, Ms. ********** had a change of heart regarding her program emailed our team member stating wanted a refund and cancel the program. It was explained to her that her future fees could be cancelled, but her first payment was non-refundable, per the agreement she signed. Ms. ********** stated she could meet with the team member on Monday (presumably January 3, 2022) as she was out of the country until after the new year. However, Ms. ********** emailed the team member, who was not working on the holiday weekend (our offices were closed for the holiday), that she wanted us to cancel future payments and refund the first payment. She stated she was going to reach out to her bank and file a chargeback and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau. We were not given a chance to respond to her emails before she filed the chargeback and submitted a BBB complaint as this occurred over a holiday weekend. On January 4, 2022 we were notified that a chargeback had been filed on Ms. **********'s account. We also learned at 5 p.m. on January 4, 2022 that the BBB complaint had been filed and we had not been able to address the issues at hand directly with Ms. **********. We reached out to Ms. ********** on January 4, 2022 to negotiate a refund with her. However, since she had already filed a chargeback with her credit card company (chargeback process locks us out of being able to assist a customer), we were unable to issue a refund. In a good faith attempt to resolve the issue, we requested that Ms. ********** withdraw the chargeback from her credit card company (see attached documentation) and we requested she remove/resolve the complaint with the BBB and we would issue her a refund. Ms. ********** replied "Thank you for getting back to me. Thank you for the refund. I will contact the cc company to let them know. But will not remove the BBB until I get the refund. I don't really trust your company. When I signed up I was rather pressured to signing fast and did not have a chance to read the lengthy agreement. I bet a bit of a tactic on your part. Further, was I told there are no refunds. Which I should have been told. Had I been informed, if I had, I would never have signed up. I am calling the cc company now.. and will wait to get your refund before I close out the BBB. I look forward to hearing back from you. Sincerely Jaclyn" We received the confirmation code from from Ms. ********** of her request that Capital One issue a chargeback reversal transaction, but have not received confirmation at this time that the bank has followed through on this. Funds have not been returned to our account nor the account released so we can issue a refund at this time (Friday, Jan 7, 2022 2:50 pm Central US time). If the chargeback is closed and we are able to transact a refund (chargeback process locks us out of being able to assist a customer), we will refund the payment to Ms. **********. If the bank does not reverse the chargeback, we will be unable to transact a refund, but the bank will credit Ms. **********'s account. However, this chargeback decision is out of our control it is up to the bank and Ms. **********. As noted above, Ms. ********** stated that she will only notify the BBB to remove or resolve the complaint if her refund is issued. We are following up daily to see if we are able to refund Ms. **********. We expect she be true to her word and withdraw the complaint and the BBB will act accordingly to remove it from our account with the BBB. I do believe the company will refund the money. I had called Capital one to get the charge reversed so they could do the refund. Capital one Did ask that The company contact them. I will check with Capital one to see if they have been Once. the refund is issued complaint will be removed. I do highly recommend to the company that they explicitly tell everyone of their policy - which was not shared with me, before anyone sings.
