    After many orders with govets of ordering the same thing...they sent the wrong item. as soon as I got it I told them. I even offered to pay return shipping. Day after day I call back they say we need to to get the return address from the supplier. nearly a week has gone by. im done, doing a chargeback. ****************.

    Put in an order in during May. Waited until June. I had to reach out. They let me know they do not have the product.There was a delay. I had to reach out. They let me know they did not have the product in stock.I requested a refund. Its now mid July. No refund. No product. No communication.

    I'm so impressed with GoVets! They had the office chair I had my eye on and at the lowest price. My back was murdering me from the other chair I was using so I was hoping it would be delivered quickly. Quick is an understatement. I submitted my order on a Monday night and the chair arrived Wednesday morning. I will absolutely be doing business with GoVets again in the future!

    Ordered an item from Govets and the date ship was pushed back several times, called and was told they would get back with me. They never did. 3 weeks after i ordered I called and canceled, now I havent seen my reimbursement money. I emailed twice and its a run around. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company. Sad thing is they claim to be veteran owed and as a vet i can tell you theyre customer service is horrible!!

    I ordered a specialty item through Go Vets. Im not going to go into a lot of the details of the problems I experienced. instead, I will say how much I appreciate all the effort that was put in to making the problem go away. All of the people that I had experience with while resolving the problems at Go Vets were respectful, courteous and I felt did everything they possibly could, to fix the issue. In the end, the problems were resolved and Im happy with the way it was taken care of. I would use them anytime I need their type services. There was one supervisor I dealt with, Im not going to say names, but she was very helpful and I cant say how much I appreciated her efforts , kudos to Go Vets.

    Do your self a favor and DON'T order from GoVets. The wrong item was shipped and the customer service was horrible. I tried to resolve this VIA email and Chat and was cut off. I ended up paying the return shipping.

    We ordered a rolling stairs from GoVets. We went with GoVets because their price was lower *** we thought it would be helping veterans somehow. At about the time it was due to be delivered I called for a status and it was delayed a month. After a month I called for a status and it was delayed another week. It finally showed up and it had been shipped without the parts to put it together, two of the four wheels, or directions I called and texted again and after about a week they said the supplier would send the parts directly. After about another month I got a bag of nuts and bolts. No wheels. No directions. I contacted them again asking for the missing wheels and to speak with someone in management about these issues. Its been over a week now. They no longer respond. Do not use GoVets.
