this company was hired on 12/28/2021 to demo a building on our property, it was agreed to be done in 3 days, which led to 2 weeks , then 3 weeks, the owner met with us , apologized for not doing the job as agreed on our receipt , we gave a $2000 deposit, with balance of $2000, he gave a credit of $1000 and agreed again to have job done within the week, he then had more excuses as to why job wasn't done, we trusted only because he did answer our calls and did meet with us., it is now more than a month from the agreed upon the demo date and the building is half way demo'd , he basically did salvage on it and took wood and wires, it now looks like a trash heap, and the neighbors are complaining., we just want the job done, the last ,meet up, he even went so far as to say we din't owe him anything becasue of all his mishaps and would have it done that weekend., still it is not done., we need to hire somone else at this point, we want our money back to hire another company, we aren't rich, we work every day and this company and person we believe isn't a good person, his phone is disconnected also, so we aren't able to reach him anymore. , I attached the invoice he sent up when we hired him, also info I found on the internet, please help if you can.
