I became a member of Dynabody in June of 2021. I paid for the entire year with my membership ending in June of 2022. The total amount paid for the year was $180. I was scrolling through ******** in November and I read a post from the gym stating they were closing indefinitely the following day due to lack of business from COVID. I did not receive a phone call or any warning that they were closing indefinitely. I had been a faithful member and went to the gym regularly since joining in June. I waited a while to see if they would call me or send a check in the mail to refund me for the remaining months of my membership. No contact was made. If I only had a couple of months left of my membership left I wouldn't have a problem but I had a half a year left and it was paid for in advance. I feel bad that they had to close but I wish they would have reached out to their members.
