Reservation: R29678SE41138 stay was August 20th-22nd 2022. First and foremost. This is a gated / private lodge with security and cameras. I paid for a room and had parking underneath my room vs valet parking on the other side far away from my room. I went to lunch and returned and there was a car in my parking spot. I spoke to security, I spoke to managment several times. ********************* and ***********************. They did nothing to move the car or find out who the car belonged to. It remained there for the duriation of my stay without them once contacting me to give me updates or status. THEY JUST Dont care. 2. Golf course was closed and under repair.3. Pools were disgusting, several families with babies in diapers in the pool. At one time there were more than 8 babies in diapers in one pool! 4. Eating and drinking in the pool.This left the pools unusable and visibly filthy.5. Ocean area was unusable due to the smell of rotten plant sea life that died and washed up on the shore. NOBODY WAS ATTEMTPING TO CLEAN THIS UP and therefore nobody was using that area.
