I ordered 10 pairs of leggings for a total of $30 and only received one pair of leggings. My order number was WILD87162198 The business email they've contacted me with is ************************* The shipping information says the package came from ***** The website url is *********************************************************************Business response

Unfortunately, we have never done business with this woman. We do not have a retail website where she wouldve made this purchase. She called our store to raise this concern and spoke to one of part time staff who doesnt speak great English. I called her back and she didnt pick up so I left a voicemail, explaining that she had the wrong Wild Lily boutique. There are several other stores with the same name. The receipt/ transaction number she gave my sales associate is not even from the same point of sale system. Im surprised to hear she filed a complaint after I believed we had cleared it up for her. She seems to be confused about where she is making purchases. My guess would be she is an older person who doesnt understand technology well.Customer response
