They did a great job. They were always on time and worked constantly. After the roof was done, they did a meticulous cleanup around the house and removed all trash and debris. I highly recommend them.

Neligan Construction did our roof, gutters, decks, windows, and sliding glass doors over the last four years. Each time they were the lowest bidder and completed each job on time and on budget. ***** Neligan personally supervises each job to make sure its done correctly.

I called ******** based on a recommendation from a neighbor. The process started out great, and they helped provide me with documentation to submit to insurance in order to file a claim for hail damage and get the roof replaced. After receiving the approval from Insurance, I decided to use ******** as they helped with the upfront efforts. That is when everything went downhill. We went through the process of matching the shingle to the adjacent home that is part of the duplex. I provided a shingle from the neighbor's roof completed only 1 year prior that was also provided during the Hail Inspection. They had pictures of the neighbor's roof during the Hail Damage inspection. I even questioned the original quote from the neighbor that called out a shingle color much different than what was installed. They assured me that the selection we made was correct. Well not only was it completely the wrong shade, I ended up having to redo the whole roof again. ******** did not double-check the shingle color, nor did they provide a sample. I have cameras on the home to prove. They took three days to complete the work when others in the community by other contractors took 1 day.The yard was left in a mess at the end of each day.They didn't come back and measure the flashing needed for the skylights. Instead, they half-ass painted them. I received a credit for them.When I noticed the wrong color was being installed I tried to work with them on a solution other than leaving the roof undone while we argued about who was at fault. Then after the roof was completed, I was threatened with Liens if I didn't pay. I was told also slandered by the owner when trying to work out a resolution other than paying the full amount for a s*** job. I do not recommend ******** at all for your roofing project. Complete lack of professionalism and assurance of completing the project as required.

Since I had Neligan do my new roof about 3 years ago I decided to call them regarding some wood rot on my home's cedar siding and soffit. **** showed up on time to take a look and give me an estimate. I agreed with the proposal and two workers came a couple of days later to do the repair. They replaced the rotting cedar siding and small section of soffit plus painted the area when they were done. ***** and ****** did a very good job and their workmanship was great. I have recommended this company to my neighbors. Very professional and trustworthy company.

The Neligan representative contacted us prior to arriving to say when he was going to come by for the appointment. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do during his examination of our roof. He took his time and he was very thorough. He explained what damage we incurred during the storm. He explained what was needed to do the repair. We were very satisfied with their service. We highly recommend Neligan Construction Company due to their professionalism, skills to perform the job, on time service, and ability to clearly explain what was needed to do the repairs.
