      purchased a pool from BR JAX LLC ******** ****** ********** on jan 20, 2022 and paid him $20324.65 with the pool to be ready for pick up or delivery in April. No pool so called to cancel the order and get a refund and cant get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. i have called or emailed numerous times with no success so i would like to file a complaint against this company for stealing my money and no follow up or customer service help.

      On January 26th, *** ******* signed the purchase agreement to purchase a fiberglass pool from BR Jax LLC (see attached). In two places on the agreement, there is verbiage that states "deposits are non-refundable". He placed a non refundable deposit to make the order and mailed a check. HIs pool was ordered from Br Jax's supplier. He was provided an estimated timeline for delivery around May 22. Deposits were sent to the manufacturer to start production. *** ******* provided the second payment to receive delivery and complete the order. He indicated that he would personally pick up the pool from the factory in lieu of paying for shipping. Correspondence from the supplier was made on May 5th confirming production completion and confirmed a completion date of May 25th. Toward the middle of May, *** ******* called to cancel his order stating that he was going through a divorce and would not need the pool. The pool was already placed in production, scheduled for completion and funds were spent fulfilling his order. The order was cancelled per his request. We were working with *** ******* to assist him with a partial refund, although it was not required based on the agreement. During this time, *** ******* started harassing my employees via phone, threatening me and my employees, threatening my business online (via goggle reviews) threatening laws suits, and harassing Poolwerx Corporate (my franchise company) and their employees. His actions, threats, and verbal abuse crossed many barriers. I will no longer work with *** ******* to provide any refund and I will hold firm on the signed purchase agreement (attached) to the non refundable deposit. His actions and threats were out of line and uncalled for. Poolwerx Beaches and BR Jax are very reputable companies within our community and our 5 star google rating proves our reputation. (Poolwerx Beaches). We do our best to satisfy our clients and their needs. I understand that life circumstances happen; however, regardless of how bad a person's situation gets, it does not give a person permission to abuse another person. *** *******, threats, and verbal abuse was uncalled for and was out of line. For that reason, we will no longer help *** ******* and will stand firm on the signed agreement. I wish *** ******* well and hope that his personal situation gets better and that he can move on to a better future.

      I am rejecting this response because: untrue statements and I was told I could get a refund by him and also the place where he orders the pools from said no problem to cancel and get a refund. I want this company to do what is right and honor their word and refund my money please.
