We have a preventative service agreement / contract with First Coast Climate Control to service our heat pump twice a year. They have failed to return our calls and texts to come to perform the preventative maintenance on our heat pump that was purchased from them and has been serviced by them since April 2014. First Coast Climate Control also issued an extended parts and labor warranty until April 2024 due to several problems we had with the heap pump the first 2 years it was installed by them. We have sent a number of texts and telephone calls over the last 3 months - with no response. We believe that is First Coast Climate Control refuses to honor our preventative maintenance contract agreement with them. We should at least be reimbursed the two preventative maintenance visits that have not been performed $ 143 and the amount (cost) of a extended parts and labor warranty that remains on the heat pump - which is until April 2024! I had an issue with my air conditioning unit not cooling very well. ***, an employee, came out and said everything look** good but he want** **, the owner, to come out to check on it. I paid for the visit and the check up. ** never call** or came out. I call** *** back, his phone was disconnect**, call** the office and they said ** would be out that W**nesday. No show and when I call the office it went straight to voicemail and mailbox was full. Website is down now also. I had another company come out and my compressor ne**s to be replac** and the board-apparently *** cut wires and rerout** them. Most I have cover** by warranty but not the coolant that is $1300. They mess** up our system and now I am out a service call from First Coast Air $178, new company service call $278 and repairs and coolant $1300. A total of $1756
