paid application fee for three people and the pet application fee. was told after they took my money that you are only approved if all applicants have 580 credit score. The document states no specific score requirement.Business response

The applicant is not being truthful in her complaint. She is mad that she did not get approved for occupancy.
All applicants MUST fill out an online application and agree to the terms and conditions. All 3 applicants agreed to their individual terms stating a minimum 580 credit score (including her). Additionally, all 3 applicants checked the box that they understood that all application fees are final and non-refundable. All 3 agreed and submitted their applications individually.
Once she got denied for occupancy she requested a refund and threatened online retaliation and reporting us here to the BBB if we didn't give her money back. We have that in writing from her and do not respond to extortion.

They r my property management company.. they let the renter trash my house. And now refuse to restore my house as promised now they block my number and won’t return my calls.. it’s been over a month since the tenets moved out and they refuse to fix my house which is causing me to lose money by not being able to sell. I need this fixed immediately.Business response
