This community is charging me for damage to a dishwasher that I never even used during my one year stay there. Whatever was wrong with it was wrong with it before I moved in. They are railroading me and I don’t like paying for things that aren’t my fault. I’m out almost $1000 dollars because of this and it’s not fair to me. They would also have raised my rent $200 if not $300 to remain there and not have to move. I want my money, the deposit that is rightfully mine, returned to me. This is highway robbery and these apartment complexes shouldn’t be able to take advantage of people like this.Business response

****** ******* was billed for replacement of the dishwasher upon move out. The dishwasher was in perfect condition upon his move in of October 1, 2021. During the move out inspection after his move out on August 31, 2022, the dishwasher was left in damaged, inoperable condition. Please see attached photos the dishwasher physical damage, as well as invoice for the replacement. Should you need any additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me.
