      >2/2/24, *****, Owner repaired my fridge. Said if it didnt fix problem, hed come get part and refund $222.51.>2/3 I texted owner ****** quit working. Come get part and refund $. Said hed be here on 3/8. >3/8 I texted ***** to see if he was coming. He responded wanting last 4 of my CC I paid with. I sent last 4 to him.>2/13 I texted ***** I didnt see refund and asked when he was going to come get the part. He responded, Refund gets processed Friday and not worried about the parts.>2/23 I texted ***** refund hadnt posted to my CC and asked for doc of submission, so I could follow up with my CC company. He responded Good morning. Absolutely no problem at all maam. About 4 hrs later, he texted Refund will post by Monday.>2/26 received text from *****, Refund has posted on my end. Will show up on your end any time now.>3/8 I texted ***** that I hadnt received refund and asked for the ref. # so I could give it to CC company to research. He responded Absolutely.>3/11 ***** texted me I had the accountant cut a check and she is sending it out today for the refund.>3/19 I texted ************ ***** received the ck and it's been a week. He responded Good morning. It actually went out Friday afternoon you should have it anytime.>3/25 I texted ***** that its been about 2 mos. since he was going to refund me the $. I've been more than patient with situation, and I need my refund by 3/29. Hoping I dont have to follow up again. He responded, Ill stop by personally Thursday.>3/29 I texted ************ was home all day, and you didnt bring refund as promised. I let him know I was going to take this to small claims, and hed be responsible for expenses. Response (Im paraphrasing) Father is at the G'ville VA for sleep study. He has refund check with him and will drop it by on his way home this weekend.>4/5 I havent received the refund for $222.51. Very unfortunate the owner didnt do what he said he'd do. I gave him many opportunities.

      Hello,

      My last correspondence from you on 4/25, was that I had 5 days to respond.  I was waiting the full 5 days to check the mail when I got home to see if the refund from A1 Action Refrigeration was sent.  Today, 4/30 is the 5th day.  The check wasn't received.  Unfortunately, this business once again didn't do what they said they were going to do.

      If this complaint is going to be closed, I want to make sure it shows the actual outcome of how horrible this company's service is.

      I paid the business $600 to repair my refrigerator on 7/29/2021. I advised them during our first communication of the two issues that were wrong. ** advised he would have to order a control **ard. On 8/6, **bby advised he was still waiting on the control **ard but it should be in by the end of the day. By 9/8, the refrigerator was still not fixed and although he was scheduled to come to our home, when contacted, he couldn't even remember why he was coming and had scheduled an appointment elsewhere. After he looked everything up, he remembered and scheduled an appointment which he "guaranteed." He came, half fixed the refrigerator, scheduled another appointment, rescheduled, promised, rescheduled, came out, needed to order another part (although he'd told us he had the part), said he'd be back today and again "no showed" without so much as a phone call. In all of this, one part of the refrigerator has been repaired; another part is still inoperable.

      Mrs. ****** is not being honest and truthful. We normally don't service her area. She really needed service do we did everything to accommodate her. She has not been there any of the times that either myself or ** have been. At the initial visit we determine that the main control **ard was bad. Also being that the unit was in storage for a while. We explained that it will need at least the **ard to see what else is malfunctioning. After the **ard was installed 2 days later. It needed an evaporator fan motor which I had on my vehicle. As a courtesy I replaced it at no additional cost. The part alone is $198.99 . Then a few days later the water dispensor was not working. Next visit replaced the water inlet valve. Then the water lines were leaking. So we replaced them Also. AR no additional charge to the ******'s. Keep in mind its a general Eletric. Now owned by the Chinese. We are still in a pandemic. Everything has to be ordered. Everything is taking so long to get. I am willing to replace the secondary water valve . But this one they will have to pay for parts and la**r at a cost of $244.11 or remove their nasty negative comment. As well as refrain from reposting negative fake comments. The part is due in 12.17.21 is the estimated time of arrival.

      I am willing to waive any fees. To satisfy the ********. I always try my best to accommodate everyone. But sometimes you can't do that. Especially when the wife wants a new refrigerator from the start. While the husband is happy to have it repaired.

      While I accept the business' offer to waive all (alleged) fees, I am rejecting this response because after four months of waiting and rescheduled appointments, a lack of accountability by the business (as again evidenced by his response), and previous threats by the owner to place a lien against my property, after consulting with an attorney, it is in our best interest to have no further association with this business.  If all I wanted was a new refrigerator, I would have bought one three months ago and saved myself the frustration and unnecessary time off work.
