      I came to get a front end alignment from famous auto motive on ******** and beans that I have a couple issues with the back of my car. Theyre trying to tell me that they cant align my front and get it to go down the road straight and now my car is swerving all over the world when Im trying to drive to work and I couldnt make it to work today being that I came here yesterday at 3 oclock for an appointment to have my car Aligned the front and the back and I get they said that it was something wrong with the back and I have already ordered the parts and will have them tomorrow, but my thing is is that my car it was going down the road straight my steering wheel was and now my car swerves back-and-forth and when I try to take a turn, it just yoke itself one way And I was trying to talk to them instead of want to have a conversation with me. The guy behind the counter with me when I paid $150 for this to be done. And They act like they dont really wanna work on my car anymore and they cant fix it and get it to go down the road straight all Im asking for is my money back so I can take it somewhere else

      From 12/9/2023-1/14/2024 repeatedly took my car to Famous Automotive to fix what started as one issue. I am requesting at a bare minimum, refund of the $2059.80 charged me by Famous Automotive, plus the Uber charges of $81.94 I incurred going back and forth while Famous took multiple sessions to misdiagnose and improperly “repair” the vehicle’s problems. This does not even take into account my time and efforts, my family’s inconvenience and mounting frustrations with a shop incapable of the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. I was forced to have another shop properly diagnose and then not only fix Famous Automotive's mistakes, but employ the proper solution to fix the issue once and for all.

      1,430 / 5,000 Translation results Translation result I came to this place (Famous Automotive And Tire Center in **** ********** **** ** ************* ** *****) to change a radiator with this company, it cost me 2000. two weeks later my truck started giving off white smoke from the exhaust. I went back to have it checked to use the guarantee they gave me for the job. After giving it a diagnosis, they told me that I had to replace the entire engine, something incredible, the cost would be 9000 or more, I had to wait two weeks to get answers and I came back to order my truck, I couldn't wait that long because I work with that truck is very important and it is the only car I have. In order to take my truck I had to pay 10% almost 1000 more. I paid a tow truck to take it to a trusted mechanic of my family and the result was. 3600 for the whole arrangement, it was not necessary to change the engine, the engine was in perfect condition. and it took only two and a half days of work. I feel very disappointed to go to that place. I lost a lot, a lot of money in three weeks. all the expenses of my truck and without being able to work for not being able to use my truck. These people tried to scam me or tried to abuse their service, I think they had the intention of changing my engine for another truck. I honestly do not recommend anyone to go to that place. I have invoices for everything they did and the payments. That place could make me lose about 12,500 or more in a month. great care

      To whom it may concern. I have attached invoices and estimates to prove we did ABSOLUTELY nothing but our job. 

      This truck and customer came in while ago for overheating issues.. 1st trio we fixed what we saw was leaking and got the right amount of pressure in system and it drove fine and customer was made aware of any issues going forward. Truck came back in next month for few other issues not related. Blower motor not working and we gave him price and he approved it and we fixed. 

      Customers comes back 3 weeks later with truck on tow truck not driven cause of more issues with his cooling system. So at that time we checked it again and did a block test and it failed block test. Meaning it needs an engine cause he drove on to when it overheated and blew out the HEAD GASKETS. We recommended the engine and he approved it. We had engine delivered and he was well aware if he declines it after we ordered engine he will have to pay a restocking fee cause the place we get it from charges a fee NOT US. we are not in business to throw money away after waiting to get motor for him and he decided after we got motor in that he doesn't  want to do the job now.  So he had to pay restocking fee. Customer declined engine on 7/22nd 

      He was given the estimate before engine was ordered and approved the work and than changed his mind 2 weeks after we waited for engine to get here.  We tried to do everything to helo him out. We didn't overheat the truck. It came in overheating and he drove it not knowing and blew it out.  We didn't recommend engine on his 1st visit. We recommended what was leaking BUT no good deed goes unpunished.  You approved the job and than chaged your mind. You drove truck and had it towed to shop cause it had issues. We don't force you to do any work. We give you the price and YOU say YES OR NO. we are in the business of taking care and making sure customers are safe. We did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG but look out for you and here we are.  We have thousands of customers monthly and never ever have any of my shops tried to SCAM anyone. We look out and help.

      I bought an engine from the company and had it installed in my '96 Dodge truck by famous automotive. It's still kept having the same issues as my old engine. Everything was replaced even the computer. This is what the master mechanic suggested I do and I did. Now my truck has not worked steadily for over a year and is currently on its fourth month in the shop. I asked for the person to give me the number to the warranty people and they advised they only have an email address and no number. I've spent over 5,000 on this truck they have taken payment several times on several different things that did not fix the truck and did not refund any of my money. I have actual paper copies of my receipts. I think that once they received my money they paid the warranty company for the warranty and did not replace my engine. This has been going on a lot with mechanics I am now finding out

      Hi 

      We have documents also from April 2021 when the truck was towed in on a tow truck not running at all. That's when we we found out it needed a motor . Engine was replaced and the truck had issues after engine was replaced cause when it came to the shop. It was not running and it was on a tow truck. We have no clue prior to that what was done to truck. We replaced engine and the customer picked up truck and no issues at that time. This truck has been back to shop multiple times due to other issues unrelated to engine since than. Forward to present time. The truck is at the shop cause it came in for more issues such as wiring harness that was recommended but the customer Oscar decided to get a computer for it on his own. He brought his own computer and ot had to be sent out to get fixed. He was the one that got the computer not us. We recommended wiring harness . He has all the shipping labels and is aware of what is going on with HIS computer.  The shop has done nothing but try to fix millions of issues that the truck has. There will be no refund cause issues are not related to engine. Just the truck and age on it unfortunately.   I have attached 4 attachments the work that has been done on this truck for the last 3 years. The shop is definitely lot of fault and will not be giving any refund out at all. The customer decided to buy his own computer and now we're just waiting he has all the label information and a shipping information we have no way of tracking it he does.

      We only replace starter 3 months ago and customer never came in for any issues afterwards. The starter only goes in 1 way and no way it would have been left loose cause car will not start and will make noise right away. Customer never cane in and told us anything about any issues at all. We are not responsible for his clutch going out. Thus truck has age and mileage that play a big factor on clutch life. Any honest experienced shop would say same thing. Installing starter if loose it would have NEVER started and ran for 3 months. Bad clutch happens any time that is a mechanical failure and nit cause by us at all. 

      Correction 

      We told the customer that we will reimburse him for only the flywheel damage to replace and labor on flywheel. Which cam up to around 600 dollars. Now for his clutch kit and that additional he decided to replace that has nothing to do with it. He can contact us and we will reimburse him for flywheel amd labor which is around 600 dollars only.
