I had my car towed to Sachs Automotive the Jaguar Experts on Oct 31,2022 because it was overheating. ******* the owner said he would check to see what was the cause. He called me a few days later saying it was my radiator that needed to be replaced. So I gave him the go ahead to replace it thinking the problem would be solved, but on top of that he changed out the radiator hoses that I didn’t agree to and charged me for it, that bill was for $1044. He call me on Tuesday , Nov 8th to pick up my car, I turned on my car on and the Low Coolant Light was on, so I went back inside and got one of the workers to take a look at it and he said that reservoir just needed some coolant looks like they forgot to top it off after replacing the radiator. On my way home from the car wash that day the Low Coolant Light was back on. I call ******* right away and informed him about the situation, he advised me to keep an eye on it and fill the reservoir tank if needed, which was crazy after I just paid him over a thousand dollars to fix. Anyway the light stayed on the whole entire day continuously stopping to fill the tank once it cooled down in order for me to get back home. I had it towed back to his shop Nov 10th just 2 days after picking it up from his shop, for him to say it was my water pump now causing the issue.The very next day he called me saying it wasn’t the water pump as first thought but the thermostat housing and that’s what needed to be replaced, which would be an additional $438.00. I agreed thinking that solve it, I was wrong all of the same issues with me filling up my reservoir tank every morning before I go to work and in the afternoon once I leave work.I don’t think anything was wrong with my thermostat housing nor my radiator and I was simply ripped off by *******. I am out of almost $1500 plus $800 on car rentals while my car was in and out of his shop.I have a voicemail of him saying my car is fixed but is still going to leak. I have tons of pictures
