Absolutely the best awning! Finally found one that fit our needs for over our deck and it looks awesome! Works extremely smoothly and quiet! Also cant say enough about our installers ************* with **** Construction who were there on time and did a tremendous job on the install. Sunesta Awnings far outperform the competition!!!

My experience with Sunesta has been abysmal. My awning has been broken (for the 3rd time now), since August of 2023.The first time my awning broke, I left home for 30 minutes with awning retracted, we had a sudden wind gust, yes my fault. Insurance paid for the repair. But its broken twice since; the awning WAS NOT in use (my pics show it). The awning hadnt even been used for days if not weeks after break #3. **************** (Sunesta), stated in emails however he guarantees the awning was left fully opened and unattended, and this sounds like a pattern, etc., stating customer negligence, ******************** brags about having the best warranty in the business. **************** even copied me on an email they sent to Sunesta on Aug 25, stating, and I quote: You all advertise you have one of the best warranty programs, but yet, any time there is an issue with a product, you never seem to want to help out the consumer with any warranty coverage. When repairs were completed after break #1 and break#2, Southern Screen installers said they were sure this would be covered under warranty. Yet, nothing ever has been.The 3rd break, occurred in Aug of last year. Theyve yet to figure out whats wrong and complete repairs (theyve come out twice now, with what was supposedly the repaired product? They left both times, awning still broken). **************** told me on Sept. 15th last year repairs had been made, the new arms/parts would be shipped, and all I would have to pay is shipping costs per Sunesta (I saved the voicemail stating exactly that). Then I get another call a bit later from ****************, stating no the repair cost is going to be ~$1K.My awning is still broken since Aug of 2023!!! I dont know whats wrong, or even if/when it will be repaired. The degree of incompetence, neglect, and utter disdain and disregard for their customers on both the part of Sunesta and **************** is mind-blowing. Customers beware!

My Sunesta electronic shades delivered beyond expectations. Our local dealers were highly professional from estimate to installation. The shades arrived within the quoted time window.I love the look of my shades, both fully extended as well as slightly descended, creating a valance. The look from the exterior of my lanai is beautiful as well with each screen framed.So glad I went with Awnair and Sunesta. Highly recommend this product!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. He showed us parts from other awning companies. We were able to see how much better the quality of Sunesta parts are. It was installed within a few weeks of the purchase. The installers did a great job. They demonstrated how to use the remote control etc. It matches our house beautifully and looks great. Since it was installed in the fall, we haven’t had the opportunity to really use it. We are looking forward to next summer

Kudos to *****************************, territory manager from Sunesta. He helped us resolve an issue with one of Sunestas local dealers and we couldnt be happier with the product and their local installation expert.We live near the windy shore and needed a shade that blended with our home, didnt have exposed support cables, provided adequate cover for our western exposure, and was strong enough when the winds picked up. Sunestas shade gets five stars on all counts.The fabric color selection was excellent as well. Thank you again ********.

We absolutely love our sun shade! Now we can enjoy our patio and not worry about sun exposure! Everyone was so easy to work with. ********** explained all our options and answered all our questions.
