On 9/16/2023 at 11:08 AM, I purchased an item for $96.74 USD using Apple Pay (via Wells Fargo account) and spoke with the owner *** who was nice and gave me a discount if I tagged them on tiktok and Instagram. Additionally, I returned and brought a Vape (electronic cigarette) for $16.11 USD at 11:13 AM. Around 2PM, I went back into Beautylicious to purchase additional hair items and I politely asked the employee up front if “moe” was available. I thought we had a good working relationship. She immediately dismissed me by saying “he ain’t here” and told me to “you need to leave.” I inquired for additional information such as contact information and she immediately got combative, hostile, and threatened physical harm. She shouted, “you need to leave right now or I will call the cops on your for trespassing.” I calmly responded, “what do you mean” as I intended to use the store for what it was- to purchase items. she began lashing out with two coworkers holding her back from attacking me and causing bodily harm. I walked away towards ******** ****** ***** right next to the property and they were screaming at me “you need to get the f***” out. I messaged them on tiktok and he gave me a phone number, and I thought we were going to come to a resolution. He immediately began begging and pleading with me and only offering “sorry” and “please don’t charge back”. I was just trying to make an honest purchase and felt the entire situation was dishonest and highly unethical.
