J White Enterprises is committing fraud. On April 11, 2023, I entered into a written contract with ***** White of Luigis Concrete and More, LLC. I agreed to pay a one-time administrative and setup fee of $13,000 for property investment. The fee covered various services such as property acquisition, Airbnb listing setup, account configuration, utility setup, software installation, and provision of a cleaner. The payment for the setup fee was made on February 4, 2023. Additionally, I paid $266.42 on *** 19, 2023, $4.47 on June 14, 2023, and $1,542.39 on September 17, 2023.The contract outlined a monthly investment commitment of $1,684 for base rent, utilities, cleaning fees, and background checks. I was to receive monthly principal payments and profits, with ****** Concrete and More, LLC committed to returning the principal in case of a low-performing unit. The agreement allowed for automatic month-to-month renewal with a 60-day termination notice. On November 1, 2023, ****** Concrete and More, LLC issued a termination notice. Before this, I received reports for *** to September 2023 but none for November and December 2023.On August 27, 2023, I raised concerns about calculation errors related to rent and expenses. Attempts to communicate with ****** Concrete and More, LLC, including ***** White, ***************************, and *********************, were unsuccessful. Research revealed a scam involving ***** White. A conversation with *************************** exposed accounting errors and employee terminations. Despite acknowledging errors, ****** Concrete and More, LLC failed to rectify discrepancies, charged an incorrect rent amount, and terminated the agreement.

On January 9th, 2023 I sent * ***** Marketing $13,000 for an airbnb. March 2nd, 2023 I received a contract from this business for the airbnb. In April and May I receive profit & loss statements showing the unit was 100% booked for the previous month but I still had to pay over $200 losses. I constantly emailed and texted this company about this issue, and it has not been resolved. I am not even receiving any responses.

      Customer response

      06/22/2023

I received a call from **** ********* to morning, June 15, 2023 at 9:56 am (CST), he told me that Ms. ***** ***** wanted to get on a 3 way call with me. Ms. ***** was saying that she wanted to resolve this with me first and I explained that I tried by texting and emailing but no response so I just want my money back. She told me that she needed time to cancel the rental contract, and have the furniture removed etc before I could get my 13k back but if I could give her at least 60days she will try her best. She also, suggested that I do not cancel my AIRBNB contract with them because I’m in the beginning months so it’ll be losses and in July I should get a profit and that she will waive my losses for May and anything else I had not paid. She was explaining how Airbnb works and how the algorithm works with the units listed on there. She stated that no business wants customers to feel as though they’re losing money but she will make sure everyone understands how investments works from now on. Ms. ***** also told me she can give me complimentary packages that her business have, anything that I want but I told her I just wanted my 13k back in full and that my bank is giving them 30days. She told me she would start the process of getting that Airbnb unit closed today as of June 15, 2023. Also, Alex told me he never received my text on May 18th, 2023 asking to cancel this contract but ironically he has always received my texts and emails.

Entered into a contract with JWhite for a turnkey unit. After the initial documents were signed I was told I would be updated on the progress of unit setup...estimated 30-45 days. During and after the estimated timeframe was up I still did not hear from JWhite so I initiated contact through email April 4th. No response. After waiting a week or so for an email reply I then reached out to J**** White's assistant, **** through social media. I sent him several messages and he was very slow to respond. I immediately had the feeling that what was portrayed on their social media was not in fact how the business is run day to day. Red Flag #1. After finally speaking with **** on the phone he told me the unit had been setup for several weeks! No one had ever reached out to me to tell me nor finalize. Red flag #2. I expressed my frustration but moved ahead. I really wanted to believe in this business. Now weeks later the contract has been breached by JWhite based on the terms agreed to. Due to this breach of contract, I expect all monies to be returned and this contract canceled..

This is a credit repair company.I applied for services on 04/26/2023 and cancelled the same day.I reached out the same day to cancel. On 04/26/2023 *** ******** asked the nite before what's going on? I replied I can't discuss it at this time.On 04/27/2023 I text him that morning and he rudely stated I would not get my money back among other things.I have the messages to prove just how unprofessional he was and is.Ive called several times and messaged on Facebook to the company and still no reply. There isn't a cancellation policy in place at all. Also there was no services rendered for the company to keep the money at all.The emails that were sent to me does not state a cancellation policy at all.I never agreed to not be refunded if services was not done or rendered. He is by far the most unprofessional merchant that I have ever dealt with.I will provide the emails where they do not state anything about cancellation at all.The action plan is what they send everyone.I also have employees that wanted to use them as well. But at this time I heard good things about this company. To be treated this way is ridiculous, and down right disrespectful at best.
