I am writing to respectfully express my deep frustration and disappointment with the way my CDL testing process has been handled by your company. As you are aware, I recently enrolled in your CDL training and testing program and paid a significant amount of money for the services provided. However, I have encountered a serious ******* with scheduling my CDL testing appointments. I was given two different testing dates for my CDL exam. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my first appointment, I was informed that my testing date had been changed without my knowledge or consent. Although I was upset by this, I went through with a new exam. I missed my 2nd testing date due to a misunderstanding with the school manager ***, and I feel that it is unfair for me to be penalized for this. I paid for CDL training and testing services, and I expect to receive the services that I paid for in good faith. I should still have 4 free testing dates at Roadmaster resolving me not having to go to a 3rd party location and paying 450+. I am requesting that you rectify this situation immediately and allow me to reschedule my CDL exam at no additional cost. I believe that this is a fair and reasonable request, given the circumstances, and I look forward to your prompt response. I am also writing this letter to bring to your attention the mistreatment that I have been subjected to at Roadmasters drivers school. As a student in the program, I expected to receive a high level of training and support, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. From the very beginning, I have experienced unprofessional conduct from the instructors at the school. They have been rude, dismissive, and impatient with me and other students. They seem to lack the necessary skills to effectively communicate and teach the course material. Furthermore, the facilities at the school are in a state of disrepair and neglect. The classrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the equipment we use for training is outdated and often malfunctioning. This has resulted in a subpar learning experience, which is unacceptable considering the significant investment I have made in this program. I have attempted to bring these issues to the attention of the school's administration, but my concerns have been dismissed and ignored. I have tried to work through these challenges, but the situation has become unbearable. As a student, I have a right to receive a quality education, and I believe that Roadmasters drivers school has failed to provide it. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate it if you could investigate my situation and take appropriate action to ensure that the mistreatment and neglect that I and other students have experienced do not continue.
