Beginning of the year I did a tour and enrolled in Tulsa welding school they offered smaller classes for more one on one help (so they said) and what seem like patient instructors right from the start my instructors had an attitude with me making me intimidated to ask for help when I would ask for help or guidance the instructor would yell or cuss just making me feel belittled it pretty much egg on others to make smart comments to a form of bullying me or laughing at me I went in and withdrew from the school the lady in the front office who was really nice and said this has happened before with other females one of the higher up people from the school called me and was so rude and nasty to me making sure I knew I was gonna have to pay $900 plus dollars for the time I was enrolled I want this balance put to zero and nothing would make me come back I found another school with half the amount of people in the class and a no harassment policy with a field dominated by men your school should be more sensitive to those who need additional help maybe the term " common sense " remarks shouldn't be part of the vocabulary of your instructors who are being paid to teach people like myself thank youBusiness response

Tulsa Welding School ************ (TWS) has investigated Ms. ****’s concerns and takes them very seriously. It is unfortunate that her recollection of her experience is unfavorable as it is not in line with what we learn from our students. Nor are her concerns in line with what our investigation revealed relative to Ms. ****’s experience. Additionally, in speaking with her, she was offered the ability to adjust her schedule which she declined.
TWS does not tolerate any sort of bullying among students, staff and faculty. In the interest of good will and support of our anti-bullying policy, we have agreed in this instance to Ms. ****’s request to write off her balance in the amount of $987.45 bringing her account to a zero ($0.00) balance. There will be no impact to Ms. ****’s credit as well. To support our response, I’ve attached her updated ledger highlighting the actions reported above.
