I am a medical marijuana patient who has primarily done business with Trulieve. I was attracted to Curaleaf via a promotional email and decide to place an order yesterday. It's very typical to pick up medical marijuana orders the same day, or the next day at the latest. I create an account on their website and place an order and expect that someone is going to contact me about that order. In fact, the website tells me that this is going to happen.Fast forward to today. It's after 5:00 p.m. and I was expecting to get a notification before now that my order was ready. Of course, I did not. I then signed back into the website and there's no way to view or follow up on my order there. I hope for some kind of live customer service provided through the website, but there's just a generic contact us form. I find the number for the location that is supposed to have my order. After a significant hold time the person that picks up is confused and unable to assist me.At first I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt that this was just an exception, But clearly with the limited means by which you allow customers to escalate any concerns, you do not care about customers or your business.If I'm incorrect, I would love to discuss my experience with someone who can both turn back time so that my order was filled like you pretend, and let me know why my experience was so unique and how to avoid it in the future.I sincerely look forward to speaking with someone in leadership who represents Curaleaf in a more professional manner.Initial Complaint

I picked up a strain of medicine that was called crop duster. It was not as advertised and the COA isn’t accurate. We go home and open it because we’re told we’re not allowed to open it in store. We get homey it has a old hay smell and moldy. I’m told there is a no return on my dispense and they can give me free medicine when my amount becomes available. It is illegal to false advertise medicine especially defective medicine. The manager contacted his manager her name was BiBi Sultan. She wouldn’t do anything that would resolve the issue. I added an attachment of the batch that’s defective. Jacksonville fl 103rd location. Now I’m in paying due to my cancer and 6 discs because of defective medicine with no action taken.Customer response

Can we cancel this complaint, the regional manager finally did the refund and also refunded my points back as well. **************
