            I purchased a vehicle from Davis Nissan on 4-27-24, the financing did not go through due to Davis Nissan processing in a timely fashion. I found this out when I contacted Capitol One to see what was going on. Capitol one stated ************** the loan approval has expired I will have to re-apply for financing i re-applied with the bank & received financing again. I sent this information to the dealership again to get the loan completed. The dealership never would reach out ever. After obtaining financing again & another hit on my credit still no communication from Davis Nissan after emailing all of my credentials bank statements paystubs & all other proof to process the loan still nothing from the Davis. I then went & found financing from my personal bank, informed the dealer i had financing begged for a few days to get a buyers order for the car. The day i received the buyers order my bank was calling Davis Nissan for additional ******************************** Nissan said they received funding from 1 of my other funders. I had extended warranty and gap insurance, i informed the dealership on June 3rd to remove this coverage on the new contract, the Dealership did not remove these contracts from the deal & when the loan was funded these charges were on the loan. I have sent numerous messages to the dealership & the ** & still no resolution. My original bank wont complete new financing with a lower APR. until this refund is completed. So i have had at least 2 addl hits to my credit due to their neglect of following process & addl. interest charged because of the additional ******* for the coverages that they still have not reimbursed me for. The warranty company has confirmed these coverages were cancelled on June 7th & fully refunded to Davis Nissan. As of today 7-16-24 I still have not received a refund. Can i get some help with this resolution I have all the messages and emails regarding this communication & lack of their communication as they will not take my calls or respond to VM
