My son took his vehicle to Rollin sound just after Christmas to have brand new Skar speakers, and a scar amp installed, which during the process there was multiple locations throughout the vehicle that were damaged and undisclosed in addition too the installation was done in the manner at which less than five days Everything was blown. We understand the fact that they are not responsible for the speakers but when we returned to question the installation being incorrect, causing the system to blow we were then told we purchased cheap equipment and there’s nothing they can do. I felt this was not the professional way of handling it especially when the trim parts were damaged beyond repair and the $300 that we spent to have this installed is not settling well being all they did was point blame. This is no way to run a business. My son, being that he is young I felt was taken advantage of and that’s just not right. I also would like to add that he was told after the installation they adjusted the amplifier so that his speakers would not blow so that in turn should also put responsibility on Rollin Sound We have attempted to return equipment back to the supplier, but unfortunately the cost to ship these items back was more than the actual purchase of the items in addition to being told by the manufacturer everything relies on the installation and the tuning of the speakers to be covered yet again, Rollin sound Should have some accountability
