My car radio has been malfunctioning (only the tweeters worked) for going on 3 years. I was referred to this business. I told them I needed a new radio and the most important thing was dynamic sound. I also wanted one 10 inch sub for the tiniest bit of bottom end car radios cannot provide on their own. I was quoted a radio and sub would start around $1000 to install; more specifically the sub, all the accessories and a radio, specifically either a Kenwood or ***** I was set an appointment nearly a month later.Installation day comes. Theres no sub, box, or accessoriesjust a RF P300-10which means nearly zero adjustability between the kick and the sub. The radio was a Pioneer. They later replaced all my factory 6.5 with the cheapest RF165s they had. These people took the cheapest route possible all around, and the sound is horrible. Either too much bass or No bass and absolutely zero dynamic sound. The total price including tax was $1400. I do not trust anyone at this business to fix it because of their unethical business practices. They did not deliver on any product they promised and completely ignored my desire for dynamic sound. I doubt even an external sound processor can fix it. I may be forced to rip it all out and have someone else redo it.Do not go to this business for car audio no matter who recommends it. They are either incompetent or they specialize in reverse discrimination the white boy treatment. This is beyond exploitive.
