On 10-8-22 around 10 am, my wife and I came to Starbucks to get coffee. Location: **** ******** *** ************* ** *****. We placed our order. The cashier asked for my wife's name. We waited over 10 minutes. My wife's name was never called. I noticed ppl who ordered after us were getting their coffee but we weren't. I had to ask was our order ready and say what we ordered. The woman pointed to our coffees. The employee who passed out the orders NEVER called my wife name. Our coffees ended up getting cool very fast because they sat on counter without my wife name being called. We werent supposed to wait that long. If i hadnt spoke up we wouldve been there much longer. They should do something about our inconvenience.
