I am writing to inform you of an issue regarding the recent purchase of merchandise. It was discovered that ** percent of the items received were open not mentioning the rats and Faeces. This condition poses a health and violates all standards quality and safety. the delivery was significantly delayed, arriving weeks past the agreed-on date. Invoice date ******** Amount Paid $***** Items purchased; truck load of General Merchandise advertised as "low to no clothing" When truck arrived Bill of laden showed 26 pallets only 24 were delivered. Items received 100% clothing I called **** ******** ************ my contact told him of issues was told to file claim. which we did we sent photos asa requested, this is a new business and we had zero inventory and this shipment filled the shop. We have not be able to sell any product until this issue is resolved. we requested to return this load and have them ship us the load we paid for. **** now will not accept or retune any of our calls. WE are not able to purchase any merchandise because of nowhere to put it and not able to sell anything because we are waiting for instruction to return or an adjustment of some sort for this load. we did not want clothing. this is why we chose the load "LOW TO NO CLOTHING" We were 2 pallets short and 100% clothing, We paid for General Merchandise but did not receive what we paid for.Customer response

******** ** **** I contacted **** ******** at ************ sales person for Liquiditys.com to buy a truckload of General Merchandise. a 24 pallet case pack from Target was advertised for $*****. **** requested to fill out a customer form with resale # and E** * which I did once approved I requested an invoice so I could wire the money and get the load delivered. On ******** ** he sent me an invoice for $***** for the shippent I called and asked why the difference he stated the price had gone up. I wired the money for the 24 pallet load of GENERAL MERCHANDISE with low to no clothing $***** plus ***** for shipping total of $***** On ******y ** **** we received the shipment and unloaded it that night we started unpacking the pallets and discovered that the load was 100% clothing I called **** and told him we received the wrong load. the bill of laden showed 26 pallets and we only received 24 and it was 100% clothing and we had ordered General Merchandise. he told ne to file claim which I did, they requested more photos so we supplied them. we are a new store and had ZERO inventory totally empty shop this was our first shipment . we sent photos of the shop empty and then full of the pallets of clothes. I researched it more and found that Liquiditys are advertising a 24 pallet case pack load of 100% clothes for *****. I texted **** because he no longer returns calls, that we received the wrong load and would like the difference in costs of the two loads refunded a difference of $***** **** stated that clothing cost more than General Merchandise but his web site shows a 24 pallet load for ***** or a 48 pallet load for $*****. **** no longer will answer calls. I told him in the beginning we did not receive the load we paid for. The money was wired to LTG Inter******** **** ********** **** * ************ ** *****
