The order was placed on 3/1/22 and was delivered with two packages which landed 3/4/22 and 3/7/22. On 3/28/22 we received a complaint that all of the machines were not as advertised. It was communicated to us that the machines were not where we shipped them but with another party and pictures were unavailable. We provided return labels and marked the return for inspection on landing. Five of the seven machines were still in Grade A condition, while one did have a crack in the plastic near the palm rest (likely shipping damage) and one showed scuff marks on the lid of the laptop. No units were missing keys or damaged keyboards. We apologize for the condition of the two items that did show damage and we have promptly handled the matter. We refunded in full on 4/8/22 because we did not have additional stock to replace the two units in question and we do honor our no hassle refund policy.

I purchased a computer on 11/3/21 for 220.38 from the company using paypal. I was satisfied with the product and then initiated a purchase of an additional computer on 11/6/21 for a computer with my credit card for 189.46. On 11/7/21 I receive an email that my purchase is not complete from pcliquidations.com. I had not received any tracking information as I had in the previous purchase so I believed there to be a problem with my credit card on this website, so I "complete" the purchase that was emailed to me. For some reason, it does not apply the appropriate credit of $10 as the previous purchase had but I just needed the computer so I paid the increased amount of 199.03 by paypal as I had for the original purchase. I receive tracking information on 11/9/21 and believe the issue resolved. I then receive two computers and see that my credit card has been charged as well as paypal. I requested a refund and a shipping label to send the second computer back but the business stopped responding to emails.

Hello *** *******, I have looked into your transactions with our company. I see that there was a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF ( Serial # *******) purchased 11/03/21 on invoice #481508 for a total of $220.38 paid with Paypal. This was delivered on 11/05/21 with tracking number ******************. There is another purchase made on 11/06/21 of a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF (Serial # B787CX1) on invoice #481868 with an attempted payment of $189.46 that was not accepted by our merchant processor on 11/06/21 at 7:43PM. This payment should have dropped off of your online statement as it was an authorization and not captured by our merchant processor. A Paypal payment was made on this invoice on 11/08/21 at 9:37 AM for $199.03 ( I can refund that difference for you). This order was shipped on tracking ***************** and delivered on 11/11/21 at 12:11PM. I only see two computers that have arrived. Reading the comments you left on the BBB website I thought you were saying an additional computer arrived with the second computer so I sent a label to have that sent back. I called on 11/11/21 at 5:00PM to try to assist and did not get a call back. If you would like to discuss this matter, I can be reach directly at ************ or you can respond to this email and let me know how I can assist you further.
