We purchased pavers from Tremron and then had to get them from a different location due to Arcadia had a much longer wait time. We had pavers(our order) picked up at Miami location. Tremron had to reimburse us on the freight charges. We filed the claim with them on December 9th. everything was verified and the check was suppose to be mailed out of their Atlanta headquarters. we have not received any refund as of today. when I called I was told the check was mailed out on January 6th. we are in cape coral, it doesn't take 3 weeks to arrive here. This company took our payment when we placed pavers so my order could be processed. now that they owe us this freight money, there is no urgency. lack of customer service and caring for the customer. as a builder, i will not do business with them again distinct renovations thank you kindlyBusiness response

Complaint ********
Customer complained that freight was charged on her that she had sent someone in to pick up. We researched and she was correct. A check was mailed out on 1/6/2023.
On 1/25/23 we received a call from customer that check was never received. Our AR Dept checked with the corporate office and asked for a new check to be issued and the original check to be “stop payment”. Our AR dept handled this immediately when they found out first check had not arrived.
The new check was mailed out on 1/27/2023. Two days after this complaint.Initial Complaint

We engaged with Tremron, as recommended by our contractor ******* ****** ***, to order new pavers for our driveway. Unfortunately, after installation, the pavers began to fall apart. After communicating with our contractor regarding the issue we have also brought this issue to the attention of **** *******, who visited our property twice to assess the situation. Despite spending hours in communication with our contractor, who alleged that Tremron was dragging its feet, the company ultimately agreed to provide 8 pallets of pavers to replace the "broken" ones. However, this was only enough to fix a quarter of the driveway, as all of the pavers were defective and should not have been installed in the first place. Subsequently, two managers from the company's main office in ***** also visited the property, but despite our multiple attempts to contact the company, we have not received any further communication or resolution since November 2022. It is apparent that the company does not take pride or responsibility for their product and is merely attempting to ignore the problem. We hope that this review will prompt appropriate action from Tremron to replace the defective product and resolve this matter.Business response

I am sorry you have had issues with your pavers. I do see that we orginally replaced 8 cubes but there is still an open warraty ticket that is needing approval. I do see there is discussion back and forth. They are working with the contractor and sales rep on this issue. Again I apologize, but this is something that they are meeting on and discusiing. You should hear something this week.

Thank you for your assistance.
This email to inform you that I have not heard back from either Tremron Inc. or ******* ****** on this matter since I was promised that somebody will be in touch within the week at the end of January. It's been exactly one month since then. It's been over 3 month since the Tremron team was on my driveway inspecting the poor quality of the pavers. I'm not sure how the approvals or communication work within the company, but the issue is ongoing for month and month.

I ordered pavers from Tremron Group through Alliance pavers back in May 2021 and about half of them were delivered on September 26th. Since that time we have been given about 5 delivery dates for the rest of the ordered pavers. Each time we are told to expect a delivery and several days later we are told that Tremron is having problems and the delivery date is pushed back a week. Our project is sitting half done for over a month. Last week I was contacted by ******** from the Tremron Pompano Beach office, she apologized for Tremron's problems and assured me that we would be top priority. She promised that our pavers would be delivered this week. It is Thursday and no word from them. I called ******** yesterday and today, she has not returned my call. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. To make matters worse, I recommended Tremron to my neighbor who ordered the same exact pavers about a month after me and they were delivered to him this morning. Can someone please help me???Business response

I looked at your order and I apologize. We have had several supply issues making production of our products difficult. It looks like everything on your order has shipped except your wall which is produced at another location and transferred in. Pompano has received the wall from our block plant that produces for them, and our dispatcher is looking for a truck to ship your product. It should arrive in the next two days. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
