      Ordered an item from ***** nail with express shipping. I logged in to my email to find out the shipping information to see a company I've never seen before. I went to track the order said it was out for delivery on 1/4 by 5 pm as a next day service from the original company. Website says it had arrived at my address but was not delivered?? 5pm comes I call and speak to a gentleman who gives me a whole bunch of different story's. 1 being the driver doesn't have it. 2 it's on a different truck 3rd they are not delivering it today. 4th manager is looking for the item. 5th the driver is now at a funeral in a company truck??? He gets frustrated that I call him on his lying and sends me to a manager who basically forced me off the phone with a she will personally call me since the manager is looking for the package t the warehouse. I call back speak with ***** who tells me to call her back at 8:30 I called her 4 times and no response. She told me the manager went back to work to find my package.... Since 8:30 pm 1/4 I have called 17 times and the system forcing me to either leave a voice-mail or call back.. As it stands the driver either stole it or he tossed it in the trash.

      This customer was being completely unreasonable last night. She refused to get off of the phone until we located her package.  Her package was lost last night.  Our driver marked "arrived" on his delivery app and then could not find the package.  This is what is "arrived" 

       

      We found the package this morning and sent a dedicated driver to get it delivered around 8:00 this morning. This is an economy delivery that we DO NOT charge a premium for, and it would normally have been delivered without incident on the correct day.

      Unfortunately, we had an error with this package, which happens on rare occasion.  We are sorry for this delay.  Please close-out this inquiry.

      I ordered an item almost a month ago. I have called numerous times and been told the item will be here tomorrow and never came. The item finally was coming today. The driver ******* was very rude. We have a gate to enter our community and they need to scan an ID to allow access. He would not provide his ID and yelled at the gate guard. He called us and said “I don’t know how you do it out here but in Jacksonville this isn’t how we do things, I don’t show my ID to a cop do you think I am going to show it to a guard” and never delivered the item and left. Again I still have not received my item and this is going on 4 weeks now since the original delivery date.

      We have terminated the incompetent person who made this egregious error.  We have successfully delivered the shipment with another delivery team.

      We apologize for the error.  We would appreciate a response on the yelp correspondence.  We have hundreds of Blue Streakers working hard every day, and typically our work results in highly satisfied customers. We are not perfect. We do fail on RARE occasion. We would appreciate not being Skewered and Defamed online on multiple venues.  That simply is not fair to all of the other people who work hard every day at Blue Streak to provide for their families.

      I ordered a desk from Sauder on July 8th. They shipped it out on July 12th via Estes trucking. Estes trucking unloaded it on July 15th to Blue Streak Couriers. I didn't hear anything from them for a couple of days and then received a text I believe on Sunday that it would be delivered on Wednesday, July 20th between 12-4. So I cancelled my dental appt to make sure I was here in case they came at 12 since it's needs to be signed off on. Then they sent me a text on Wednesday at 8:38 am that unfortunately they couldn't deliver and they would reach out soon with an update. But left a phone number. I called around 9:30 and talked to a girl that said the reason it wasn't coming was because the driver couldn't find the two boxes that weigh 223 lbs. Excuse me what???? She said the warehouse foreman may have moved it somewhere else and she would call me back later in the day to see what the status was. No one called me back! So this morning, July 21st I called again and got another person that was going to have the warehouse searched at the moment cause they were out there doing stuff and would see where it was. Told me to call back in an hour. So I did and she said it still hadn't been found but she would call me back around 2:30. No one called me back yet again. Tried calling 4 times around 3:30 to 4:00 and sat in the queue holding until it forced me to voicemail which I finally left. I also got online with Sauder to let them know Blue Streak has apparently either lost my two 223 lb boxes or someone decided to take them home. In my voicemail to Blue Streak I told them call me back and whether or not they will be sending Sauder $600+ dollars to send me another desk. RIDICULOUS!

      Trying to track a 250 lb crate that shipped from Miami Florida via averrit express and drop shipped to blue streak courier in Jacksonville fl. Crate not delivered despite records that indicate delivery on 6/20/2022. Contacted blue streak on multiple occasions, the latest being today, July 12, 2022 with 3 phone calls. No information as to location of crate or possible update with information regarding delivery.

      We were successful in communicating with the customer.  We apologized and explained the extenuating circumstances which contributed to this catastrophic failure. We won't have this completely resolved for a few more days.

      On February 12, 2022, *** ******* ****** a driver for Blue Streak Couriers, drove into our garage and damaged the ceiling-placed laundry pipe with his van. (Pictures attached.) We contacted *** ***** ****** *** ******* supervisor, to inform him of the repair price for the damage his employee had caused. **** ********, HOA President, both called and sent an email on February 17 and again on March 29, with no check received from Blue Streak. I called *** ***** again on May 26 and he told me he was glad that I'd called as he hadn't been able to find the email from our HOA requesting the reimbursement. I again gave him our property manager's address to send the check, told him the amount of repair ($1,450) and following up our call with an email detailing how to send up the reimbursement funds. We have still not received reimbursement for the damage Blue Streak's driver, Jawayne Young, incurred with his van. We are requesting the full amount of the repair, $1,450, be reimbursed to us immediately.

      Blue Streak has had my item/package in their system since 2/7/2022 with a deliver by date of 2/9. It is now 2/21 and they still have not delivered it. My first communication from them was a text message on 2/7at 3:37p that indicated they set a delivery window - without consulting me as to my availability - on 2/11 between 2p - 6p. I replied via text as they requested TWICE without a response from them. I then called them & was on hold without speaking to anyone for 30 minutes before the system ended my call. I then called Estes - the company that provided my item to them - on 2/8 to advise them that 2/11 would not work. They sent an email - apparently the only way Estes can get in touch with them! - stating that 2/11 would not work & to deliver on 2/14. I did not hear from them again until 2/14 at 4:10p when they sent a text - again setting a delivery window without consulting me - on 2/18. I texted back as they requested TWICE before someone actually replied and said "Fridays are the only day we are available in your area". My issue is I work out of town on Fridays and cannot sign for the delivery on that date. After contacting Estes again, they sent a text on 2/15 stating a "spot opened up for tomorrow per our routing manager". On 2/16, they then texted me stating the delivery has been delayed with no explanation. I called Estes and apparently Blue Streak LOST MY ITEM and had to initiate a "Dock Search" and it could take 2 days. It took Estes several days to get in touch with them and they had to send someone to help search for the package! On 2/18, the Regional Manager ****** called assured me the package would now be delivered on 2/20 from 8a - 12p. At 3:30p on 2/20, I had not received the package and called them, was on hold for 30 min, then sent to a voicemail box. I left a message and nobody has called me back yet. The treatment I have had from Blue Streak is nothing short of ridiculous! They have FAILED to communicate properly & provide any customer service

      EFW was main carrier to deliver my vanity. They scheduled delivery Monday between 8-12 on 12/6. That morning I received a text stating they will deliver it 12/9. Since that time, the company I bought the item from (Overstock), the initial shipper (EFW), and myself have made numerous attempts to contact this business to find out where my item is and when it will be delivered. No one answers the phone, email, or even contacts internal partners they work with. I believe they have stolen my item and now, per the law, Overstock wants to cancel my order even though this is now the THIRD vanity being shipped (other 2 were broken) and fifth attempt to get the 3rd one delivered.

      I am rejecting this response because: it was weeks after initial delivery and NO communication at all. Delivered and we just happened to be home (required signature). Did not schedule delivery. Just horrible customer service (really none at all).

      On November 24th I purchased a treadmill from Nordic Trac. This purchase includes white glove installation. It was then shipped to Blue Streak Couriers for delivery to our home. On December 3, 2021 I was advised my shipment would be delivered on December 10th between the hours of 12-4. When it had not arrived by 3:30 I simply inquired if it was still arriving on that day. I was told within one hour. Still not arriving I inquired again finding out it was never even scanned on a truck. On Monday, December 13th we began calling Blue Streak to resolve the issue. I was advised a manager would call back to discuss. A manager never called. Finally on Tuesday December 14th I was able to speak with someone. I was advised December the 16th the shipment would arrive. I called on December 16th to determine further what time on the 16th it would arrive. I was told it would not arrive today. They are unsure of when now it will arrive. I have been lied to numerous times. Phone hung up on me and laughed at. At this present time, we are assuming this company has lost our package or refuses to talk to us. We need resolution. Facebook reviews concerning this place reveals that this is a common occurrence.
