Our tiny wood stove was delivered on time and the friendliest delivery driver* He was 2 hours from home and it was the last delivery on his truck* He was still smiling after a long day and said he was determined to get us our delivery and we are way out and not easy to find* Great job* thank you*

My package, which was traveling 1 1/2 hrs from Jacksonville, had a target delivery of noon on Dec 7. The Blue Streak website listed it as being picked up at 7:19 am on Dec 7. The package did not arrive that day, nor on Friday, Sat or Sun. The website info still remains the same: target delivery noon on Dec 7. I made one call to Customer Service Thursday night and the young lady said she could not reach the driver but would add my phone number and one other piece of info to my profile, which she did, and would have the driver call. The call did not happen. I can only echo other low ratings. With Blue Streak, a customer is left in the dark about the whereabouts of a package and will have no idea when/if it will arrive.Blue Streak Couriers Response

Can you please reply with additional details. We need an address, name of the shipper who is sending the package to you, etc...
We do ******+ deliveries a day, and we get one of these BBB reviews/complaints about 2-3 times a year.
Please send additional information so I can assist.

****************, I cannot find any deliveries in our system for a *************************. Could you please respond back with an address or company name? I would really like to look into this and find out where we are falling short. I just searched all deliveries for the past four months and I cannot find a delivery going to a *************************. Company is unbelievably slow and marked order as "delivery completed" despite my security cams did not record any attempt. I was even home all day while working in front of the property. No attempts at all. Not sure how it takes over a week for an item to go from ************ ** to *************** **. Worst yet, this order was made through the "Next Day Blue PM" service from this company. What a horrible experience. I don't mind a clunky user interface experience but if they can't deliver or notify proper delivery a package that's a big red flag. I also received no phone call or email warning about delay. After waiting 4 hours for my delivery I never recieved a call saying they were to be late. I texted the company. No result. I called the company. Company said driver is running late will be atleast another hour or so. So this BS has cost me 5-6 hours of waisted time waiting with no communication from the driver. I paid a PREMIUM DELIVERY COST for thier service. NEVER AGAIN will I use them. I WILL LIGHT UP SOCIAL MEDIA with this c***Blue Streak Couriers Response

Our driver clearly failed to proactively contact **************** to advise that they were running late. Our office staff also failed to respond to the text message in a timely manner. **************** refused the delivery when we arrived after the promised delivery window.****************, we are terribly sorry for this experience with our company.Review from LACarlos K

If I could give a negative star I would!!! The delivery people did not show up at the time they scheduled (****). I took the morning off from work to be home because a signature was required. After four hours had passed and NO SHOW. I called the number provided and asked when they will arrive. I never heard back from the delivery team until 7:30 pm! When they did text, it stated I was next on the list to be serviced. When they finally did show up seven hours later. NO courtesy knock on the door. They just left the item at my front door and to top it all off it was damaged!!! Falling out of the box damaged!!! Where is the pride in some people's work ethic!!! To say the least, worst company I have ever experienced. I am awaiting someone from their company to contact me to pick up the item from my home. I had the item delivered for a reason (weight). I DO NOT AND WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE...Review from Jean v

Was to have a sofa and 2 chairs arrived April 4. Called they were on their way and never came - never called. After 3 attempts and the truck was in an accident and didn't know what they were delivering - Finally April 7 after staying home days waiting I finally got one chair and one very damaged chair that had been moved at least to 4 different trucks. The good chair, they happened to find when they first said they didn't have it. They lost the sofa seems completely gone. *************** shows delivered and Blue Streak shows it was delivered. No communication and it's the 14th of April and still no furniture. If you find someone that uses them for delivery - don't do it. CSR tries to be nice - drives are incompetent and no communication.
