July 22- I paid $775.00 for 12 hour driving course and the road test ( my son was not eligible ) 4-15 I paid $ 155.00 for 1 practice and the road test. The examiner failed my son 2 minutes into the road test for pulling out too slow. Meanwhile, I observed two students pull out slowly and allowed to complete the exam. 4-15 ( I paid $ 415.00 for a 6 hour class and road test. I called on 4-17 to request a refund. I was told to call my bank and dispute the charges and was hung up onBusiness response

I will explained what happened with this client.
July 2022, her son took 12hrs of driving lessons without the road test because the student wasn't eligible to take it at the moment. April 2023 she paid for her son to take 1hr with the road test and the student didn't pass the test ; right after she paid for her son to take 6hr of driving lessons including the exam for her son to practice. Two days later she called and canceled everything and requested a full refund, we received a dispute that the money was returned in full.
We want her to be satisfied with our services, but we cannot approve someone to get their license when the person it's not ready. The client requested a refund when she canceled the last package and the refund has been made in full.

10/18/2022. Is signed my daughter up for this driving school and at first things were ok. My daughter has Asperger’s syndrome which is a form of autism. When I signed her up I specifically requested she be given the same instructor because she’d have a melt down otherwise because having aspergers her routines are set and have to be discussed beforehand . However as the course of the class went on they kept changing the times and instructors of our appointments. We were coming from over an hour away so this was horribly inconvenient. We were not notified 24-48 hrs in advance, we were just sent a text message with the different times and it wasn’t until I called that I found the instructor was different. The driving school changed my appointment times without asking if we could do it. They also gave her other instructors that did not speak English well enough for my daughter to understand what they were asking. My child is 17 and she did not deserve to be treated like this. The office there is completely disorganized. Although she has almost completed her driving classes because of these issues she had to be signed up for more. There are two instructors this next time I’ve asked for her to be with because they know how she learns. I’d like to see them not change her appointments this next time and allow her to be with the two instructors she’s most comfortable with. I want her to be able to do her driving classes with only the two instructors that were requested because they speak English best., I have seen other kids being berated in Spanish. I do not want this for my child, especially because she knows a lot of Spanish. I request being let know 48-72 hours beforehand and if they cannot provide one of two instructors so I can reschedule my appointments myself. I paid them a lot of money for those classes because we do not have a driving school in our area.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I have let them know I will withdraw the complaint only after the next set of lessons can make it through without them changing the times and instructors for my daughter. As of now their response was satisfactory. Thank you.
